This is the best Bojangles! I come here often on my lunch break and my chicken is always hot and seems to be fresh. The drive thru employees are great!

I LOVE Bojangles food. However, this location told me at lunch time that I would have to wait 20 minutes for a chicken leg and then the drive through woman was rude to me because I wouldn't wait. There was no one eating there and I know why. There's a Zaxby and Chik fila within view, so I went there. This is the second time I have encountered rudeness through the drive thru here.

Every time I come thru to get a steak biscuit with cheese. The biscuits are always hard. I brought this up last time I came thru. They made a fresh pan. Or they say and the biscuits was still hard.

Messed up my order charged for an extra Sandwich which I got but didn't order were given the wrong sodas both supposed to be Pepsi but got cheekbone or Dr pepper not sure which cause it was also flat and the bo rounds were old very hard to chew and the extra sandwich just went to waste cause my wife won't eat egg and I don't do sausage so the whole meal was basically a disaster I gave a 2 rating cause even though food was wrong and service took a little bit at least the drive thru person which I think was new at least she was friendly

Great biscuits. Good chicken. To spicy. What happened to good old fashioned southern fried chicken. No butter or honey with the biscuits. 8piece chicken and 2 napkins.

Sometimes Bojangles are pretty good but today wasn't one of those days. The food was cold. Greasy and way to much salt. I hate wasting my money.

Food is good and service is fast. They have the same issues as everyone else but nothing that hinders them from giving good service with good food.
