The kids working 5/18 at 830pm don’t really care about the customers. 2 girls and new guy. 2 high school friends come in. They are having great time.
Ordered a large split drink.
Promise time 8:26.
It is 8:40 and they haven’t started making it.
New guy puts it into a wrong cup.
Splits it after and I remark that it looks short.
Me: “it doesn’t seem like the normal amount”
The lead is like, “it doesn’t always fill it”.
For 9 dollars this is the garbage you get from Jamba Juice.
Another person will apologize about this message and tell me to call some number.
Forget this place. Don’t waste your time or money.
Update - read the shoddy (bot) response. “You can go to ……com and maybe you can find a place to leave your feedback.
Or you can call this number and waste more of your time.
Good luck when you go to this Jamba :)

Learn to “witness the whirl” a little better here. Yikes. I would’ve gotten my money’s worth if I had thrown the drinks at the store rather than drink them.

Kind people. But crazy slow. 15 people standing around waiting for orders. My mobile phone order wasnt ready after 15 min since ordering. Had to wait another 15 min. Maybe I'm impatient, but that seemed slow.

I love Jamba. This location is always seems quick on service to me (some are much slower). LOVE their bowls, oatmeal, banana toast, and I seem to like all the smoothies no one else likes (blue sky). I just feel like everything is a tad expensive. Otherwise, good

I was greeted by a young lady with brownish hair behind the register who goes by “Elaine” (if I remember correctly). She was super nice from start to end and even introduced me to their new flavor Watermelon breeze. Great smoothie. Thanks Elaine.

Went by last night around 730pm 11/29/2020, there was a young girl working (didn't catch her name but she was overweight in appearance.) She was having a bad day or just has a horrible attitude. Whatever the case, it was an awful experience.
She was extremely rude to my wife and I. Upon arrival she didn't greet and showed signs of irritation. After ordering she told us to wait outside for our order with an attitude. We couldn't believe her tone of voice and stood there in disbelief a moment before she demanded we wait outside again.
Not sure if this is store policy but there was no other customer in there besides my wife, 2 employees and myself. Our order was two small smoothies that took less than 5 mins to make. Even if it was store policy, she didn't even bother to say please or thank you once we stepped out.
Will never be returning to this location. AWFUL!

With a large selection of healthy and tasty drinks there is something to suit everyone's taste. I highly recommend Jamba Juice as a place to obtain a delicious drink...

Absolutely horrific experience. I went and I had a coupon card for buy one get one free. The guy who helped me said they don’t accept them because their location wasn’t on the card. I then looked and it was the very first location on the back of the card. I went back in and just paid for the two drinks and they charged me for 3 when I only got 2 drinks. I hope the owner of this location thinks twice before hiring people like Connor. Definitely not coming back to this location.
