Subway

I would come to this subway always and never really had a bad experience. I came today around 2 pm, and the customer service was bad…. I got a foot long and when being asked for cheese the guy was already being rude, like he was mad at me ??? Was in such a hurry, with only me and this duo of ladies in line, that he didn’t even ask if I wanted the sandwich toasted. On top of it laughed when I asked for pastrami for another sandwich, as if it’s displayed anywhere that they don’t have pastrami, first of many times I’ve come here btw. Someone told me it was the owner and if it is, owner needs to develop better customer service skills. Oh yea, forgot to mention I went to get ice and there was black bits all in the ice, NASTY, and their vitamin water for fountain drinks is spitting out WATER with no “out of order” sign. Overall bad experience. Questioning if I’d consider coming back again….

I went here to purchase a sandwich, when I walked in I saw one of the sandwich preparers picking her nose, she then ask me if I wanted a sandwich, I was in shock, knowing that I caught her picking her nose she walks to the sink and puts just a dab of water on one hand then she put on her used gloves back on. Had to pass on this sandwich. I will never go here for another sandwich. Customers have the right to know this, wish I could have recorded my experience.

I love this Subway... I bypass all subways, no matter how far I am and come to this one only... They make my sandwich the way I want it each and every time, great Customer Service and its Family Owned too... If they make your sandwich wrong, they will fix it... Happy Customer for over 10 years now... If you don't believe me, try them out yourself!

Worst customer service. The manager so she says made my sandwich and did it in such a lazy and sloppy fashion. Never in my life have I gotten a sandwich this sloppy and horribly made. I did not realize how bad it was made till I got home and looked at fat chunks of avocado inside the sandwich not even sliced nice and set in. It looked liked she stuffed it in without a care in the world on how sloppy it made the sandwich look. I even asked for a little of suracha mayo and she globbed it on like she did not care about what I wanted. I will post a pick of this horrible sandwich. Don't come here go take your business somewhere else but not here
