Apparently if you deep fry sponges you can call them hand breaded chicken tenders. The employees were nice though and provided fast service 👌. But Mr. Carl Jr., pal, buy some better chicken. You are feeding human beings!

The cashier was pleasant and the service was fast. The food was fresh and was the quality I expect from Carl's. Both the dining area and restrooms were clean. I will gladly visit this location again!

Gotta go when it's not busy or ask for your food fresh. Last few times I ordered chicken tenders they were older than grandma

Beyond burger wasn't great. Burger Kings impossible burger is much better. Carl's price was expensive in comparison and of less quality.

How this place has so many stars I have no idea if it was my choice they what had none they are one of the worst locations I have ever been to rude every time disrespectful every time and they can’t even get the simplest orders right plus they like to fight about giving military discounts to those who have military rights talk about disrespecting those who have served and fought to let you have what you have and when someone says they have an allergy and that’s why they can’t have that or they need it modified they have to literally complain you hear them sigh or huff n puff on the other side of the intercom or behind the counter because it Hass to be modified can we get any more rude and then when you called and talk to a manager to complain about it or let them know what has taken place it is the customers fault not the employees and they tell you that every single time it is always the customer is right I am so tired of this place and I have reached my limit.

Food was great as usual, the staff was excellent from the moment I walked in the door to the moment I walked out but... the manager on duty (Richard) was a bit unprofessional with his associates
