Just be clear, the girls that were helping were extremely helpful and polite. The review is not about their service, the service was great. The review is for management or whoever is in charge of ordering the flavors. Every February I wait for the flavor of the month, LOVE POTION, it has been a tradition for years! First I went to the location on Shaw and Clovis and to my surprise it was sold out! That tells you how great the flavor is. So I went to this location and to my surprise, they don't have Love Potion at all! Their flavor of the month is Secret Admirer, who ever made that decision is wrong. If the store that's one mile away is already sold out then you should consider bringing back the original flavor of February, Love Potion. Once again, the service was great but please bring the flavor back.

“Manager” Kasey just refused to give me my quart of ice cream employee Julianna forgot to put in the bag and told me he couldn’t give me his managers name! I called after I realized she forgot the quart and she told me to come back and she’d give me one. Then Kasey intervenes and tells me I have to find the receipt, even thought Julianna didn’t mention anything about needing my receipt. Kasey made me feel like a thief. I gave Julianna a $4 tip so why would I try and steal a quart of ice cream? I had to bug my friend to locate and text me the receipt and guess what, no apology from anyone in the store! Worst customer service ever!

Went in and asked for the same thing I always order and was told by Gabby that she was sorry but she dosent know how to make that? I said are you serious it's on your menu but chocolate instead of the other flavors you offer. She said yeah iv never herd of that I'm sorry. Well instead of asking one of the other like 3 employees if they knew how she just said is there anything else I can get you. SMH nope won't be coming back to this location ever again.

BR is really good ice cream, however the staff at this place is difficult to deal with. I have been to the other BR stores and they're not difficult, this is the only one that makes you feel you're asking for a favor. Management take note of this. Good product, could improve staff. Summer of 2020 update: the staff has changed and I see improvement.

I take my son here for an occasional treat, and while the ice cream is ok, they've installed a motion sensor alarm and it's super loud to the point that my 5 year old prefers not to return because he'd jump every time the door opened. I'd go to another location but they're further away from me. Guess I need to find a new ice cream spot. Update: They've remodeled! Much cleaner looking, and they toned down the motion sensor alarm. I initially went with my dad to this location not realizing they'd remodeled, and saw they had a new menu item for kids, so that was neat. With times the way they are, we don't eat at establishments anymore, we take our stuff to go, but they do have seating areas blocked off so people don't sit close to each other. That being said, the review stays the same. When I went, there was one person serving for the at least 20 minutes I was there. That's how long it took for her to complete the order of a person ahead of me, and my order. The people who came in after me ended up leaving, I guess they got tired of waiting.

Ordered a cake with a photo on it went to pick it up and the photo was not even recognizable! Pixilated and it came out almost completely neon green they never bothered to call. All they told me was their boss just said that’s how the photo ended up printing, I would think if they knew the photo didn’t come out right they would call to let me know or send them a new picture but they were super nice about a refund.
