Red Lobster

I’m being generous because the biscuits are amazing like usual and their iced tea was amazing. However, this location’s grilled chicken Caesar was bad. I didn’t even finish it. A. The chicken wasn’t grilled. I still ate it and it was ok but the menu says “grilled” B. The salad was drenched in Caesar dressing. To the point it was kinda soggy. I didn’t even finish. How do you screw up such a simple dish? I’ve been to the Red Lobster in Fort Worth and never had any issues. It’s this location. Everything else was fine like the atmosphere and staff. It’s also my fault for ordering this dish at a Red Lobster haha. But why even offer it?

Yummy!! Service was quick and no wait. Food delicious! Cheddar biscuit recipe has changed slightly as they aren't as cheddar-y anymore but still really good. A little overpriced in my opinion but huge plates so definitely getting food for your money. AND have plenty for dinner the next night so a twofer. Works for me! White sangria was delicious! Alcohol content a little weak though. Still yummy! 😋

Friendly staff and great quality food. The wait is not so bad if ordering online through the app. If something was not to your liking they made sure to make it right. Pretty good place to go seeing as that this is a small town and there are many other places that won’t treat you as a customer like this place does. Will be visiting again and I recommend this place to others who are reading this. I buy gift cards from here a lot and hand them out.

I went to dinner with my partner on 5/20 at your Clovis NM restaurant. The food was some of the best I've had at any of your stores. Great new menu items. What made our meal however, was the service. Our server, Kass was exceptional! The best tableside service I have experienced in a long time. Very professional, company dedicated, but one can tell that her customer's experience is her primary concern! Thank You for the pleasant dining experience Kass. We will see you again!

This is the second Time in three months I have been here. Both times we waited between 2-2 1/2 hrs. each time. The restaurant was not swamped. It took approximately 45 mins. to get our drinks, we ordered our food same time as our drinks. We decided to go back , because it was my Birthday. We had 2 all you can eat shrimp, and a kids meal Mac & cheese. We received one order each. The other came as we were leaving.

Ordered online with a wait time of 1 Hour and 30 minutes. Okay that’s fine I’m a patient person. I go to pick up at curbside after the allotted time. I call and they tell me they will be right out. 15 minutes goes by and I call again and they said let me check your order and proceed to put me on hold for 5 minutes. I hang up and call again then proceed to tell me my ordered has not been started on and to wait because they are busy. I tell them my order was supposed to be ready over 2 hours ago and she proceeds to tell me would you like to talk to a manager. Here I am on hold for 20 minutes waiting for a manager and almost 2 and a half hours after I ordered. I’d give them less stars if I could. I’m sure my food will be rushed. Typical Clovis and I’m surprised they didn’t blame COVID.

Passing thru and hoped for a good meal. Sadly very disappointed. Our server was nice and that's the reason for the 2 stars. Food was warm at best, crab over cooked and my wife's shrimp Alfredo was horrible.. Completely saturated with butter sauce/oil, etc. Wasn't even eatible. Should be ashamed.
