Fat Boys Barbecue

Really great meats and sauces! The brisket nachos are amazing and the sweet tea was delicious! What keeps this from being a 5 star review though were the sides. Watery and cold beans, potato salad that was more like unseasoned mashed potatoes, undercooked and underseasoned squash. If the sides improve, this will become my favorite local BBQ joint! For now though, stick to the meat and you can't go wrong.

RUDE General Manager. She was AWFUL. Also this place is NOT dog friendly even though it’s listed as such. I even called a day prior to my family’s 9 hour road trip to make sure they would allow my tiny friendly pup on the outdoor patio and they’d said yes over the phone. Upon arrival the GM yelled at me from across the entire restaurant as I was walking to the patio area and was incredibly unprofessional and just terrible. 10/10 DO NOT recommend this place. We ended up at K Bob’s steakhouse instead and the food was yummy and the service was great- they were beyond kind accommodating my family and my pup on their covered enclosed patio.

Haven't been here over a year.....THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE.......WAITED AND HOUR FOR OUR FOOD ...FOR IT TO BE FLAVORLESS AND COLD ...this used to be 1 of my favorite places to eat with dad.... however....might as well go eat at a food kitchen ....this experience over all is absolutely terrible........ask for manager....oh manager not here ....waitress says I'm sorry it's just busy.....honey if this is busy then how is this place even stay open It will be a very long time before I come back..... I don't know what has happened...but only thing is. It's very good that I have eaten worse places. Only reason it's getting a 1 star is that's apparently the lowest rating possible

From great BBQ, big burgers and awesome appetizers this place is some of the best eats it Clovis, New Mexico. I would recommend this place to everyone! If you're new to town or just passing through be sure to give this place a try. I bet you just like my experience... that you will not be disappointed! The staff there was all very friendly. Thank you!

Worst waitress ever.the food wasn’t even that good and they tried to sale me 5.00 Kraft Mac an cheese. We had to wait on our waitress Marissa so long I started to call fat boys an ask for her to come over and no it was not busy at all. She was so worried about flirting with the other workers she couldn’t do her job. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE
