Mcdonald's

Went here for breakfast this morning and almost missed it but were taken care of by the manager herself ringing up and cashing out our order. The food was awesome and the coffee was fresh delicious. 😋 When it was ready, she brought it to us with exceptional table service. If you're on Mabry street in the morning, it's really close from a few motels and you won't be disappointed. There were a variety of family types and sizes and younger children as well and there was just about this McDonald's that will have me visiting again.

We work close to this McDonald’s so it’s usually our go to for lunch most days. Every time we’re here, the food and service is on top of it and they always get our food out fresh and fast! Today one of their employees, Marissa, went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Being someone who worked in food for years, I know that mistakes/accidents happen from time to time and there isn’t much you can do about it but handle it the best you can. When I brought our issue up to Marissa, I let her know it was okay and that I’d just like a small cup for a sprite and she apologized and gave me a cup but then surprised me with a refund that I didn’t ask for. THIS is QUALITY customer service! I‘m so grateful for her kindness and how much she cared. She’s awesome!!! Thank you guys! This is the BEST McDonald’s in town.

I ordered a fresh tote of chocolate chip cookies, they had me pull around to wait, which is usually normal for a fresh batch, when they brought out the cookies they were hard and crunchy. I also ordered a hot fudge sundae the sundae had fudge all over the outside of the cup. Not very happy with this visit.

Staff goes above and beyond. The food is good and the store is very clean! They were out of an item and replaced it with another item plus refunded the difference as it was a mobile purchase. I'm not very experienced with that type of situation but it went smoothly! I really enjoy the booths and the aesthetic of this place. Plus the restrooms are easy to navigate with a wheelchair as the stalls are very big. This place also features kiosks for ordering and they seem to be upgraded versions of the kiosks I've seen in the past. They work better too! Order was made perfectly! I'm super glad I visited this place.
