Chuy's

We needed to get dinner while our daughter had an unfortunate stay at Childrens, and boy this was some delicious food, a nice relaxing, quiet place for us to refuel and relax. Their salsa and chips and ranch like dip they bring you is delicious! We almost filled up on them they were so good! It was the best dining experience we had while being in the springs. Thank you! Dealing with stress and hospitals is scary and you guys gave us just what we needed and thank you so much for that!

After savoring the diverse flavors at Chuy's, I can confidently say it's a culinary haven worth celebrating. Chuy's stands out as a beacon of delicious cuisine. Wife and I walked in on a whim last night and we're quite pleased. Good food, blackberry margaritas that were lovely, and a server who was somewhat aloof but still quite good at her job (think she was new and did great). The visuals kind of clashed with the food but they were still fun. Overall well definitely be back!

Wow! I have never been here before. Shame on me! What incredible food. I had the fajita chicken quasadilla without onions. The flour tortillas were hand made and extremely tasty. The chicken was moist and seasoned perfectly although a bit too salty. We took tres deleche cake. It had Carmel heavily drizzled over sliced strawberries on top of a generous piece of cake. Amazing! Also the strawberry margaritas were very good, but too little. If they were just a bit bigger that would have been perfect. UPDATE: After coming here a few more times, I've come to realize that I get a stomach ache after eating here. I believe it is from the amount of salt seasoning from the fajita chicken. I just don't like that amount of salt with each bite. And my body really doesn't like it. Bottom line, I can't have the chicken any more. Going to have to find something else on thr menu.

Was surprising good affordable family friendly Mexican food. We had a great experience, our waiter Nas was possibly the best waiter and service we have ever experienced. From the moment we walked in every one was friendly and created a wonderful environment for my family of 6. We were seated quickly and greeted with chips, salsa and another dip, we added queso that was brought out soon after. Our waiter was helpful with entree selection and very attentive to us from start to finish. The food was good and was less expensive than other similar restaurants. I highly recommend giving Chuy's a try with your whole family.
