Sigh. I don't know why I come back to this place. Except it was late and it was the only place open. I think the food is awful because I have a basis of comparison. I remember the old days when the BIG pieces of chicken were juicy and tasty. Now, the TINY pieces of chicken are dry and bland. And really small. And the tenders are extra dry and flavorless. I'm not sure if this switch is because of corporate decisions or because customers just put up with low standards. But here we are.

Drove 15 min to ordered a 16 piece bucket meal, only got 12 ask for no wings 5 of my pieces were wings coleslaw was saggy and had no sauce in it. At least the biscuits were fresh. Tried calling numerous times amd no one picks up the phone. Some would say check your order before you drive off. I don't think I should not have to make sure people can count to 16 after paying them almost $50 for service.1 star.

Pulled into the drive through at 1:23, I was the 2nd in line. I ordered a chicken sandwich meal no pickles and a cheeseburger plain, just the burger. What I received at 1:44 (now late coming back from lunch to work) was a burger, just meat and bun no cheese; and two orders of fries. So not only did it take 21 minutes to put the fries into a bag and slap a single piece of meat on 2 cold buns; they forgot the most expensive part of the meal. Figured I'd skip the line at the McDonald's next door, but now I know why there wasn't one at the kfc. Won't be making that mistake again.

But I 1st visit to this location and will most definitely be my last. Closed 30 minutes early. Left open sign on until I got there and tried to open the door. What a joke. After reading other reviews as well I see this is not the 1st time they did this. In fact reading all of the reviews I will never come back again. Looks like they are pretty low rated and I can see why.

I got the regular vs spicy chicken sandwich. First time getting one at this location and it was just ok. The coating was a little bland, and the texture of the chicken was a bit off. I'll try the location again and edit my rating if there's a positive difference. UPDATE: 2nd visit was much better, and the chicken sandwich exceeded my expectation. Increased from 3 stars to 4 stars.

Went here today to do a double delivery for GrubHub. The place was spotless and the food smelled good so I went back for lunch. It was the best kfc ice ever been to not that I go that often. The chicken was hot and delicious, bmacaroni and cheese, corn both excellent and they make their own root beer in house. Friendly service. Highly recommend and I never recommend fast food.

KFC and A&W - Poor service I was the ONLY Customer and no one in the drive through no cars in the parking lot. Went through the drive through ordered the special $2.99 shake and a 1\2 gallon of root beer and it was not even a half gallon by the markings of the container. Had to wait almost 10 minutes for my shake in front. I will never recommend nor will I ever give business to this location.

Arrived at 9:20pm. Despite their hours stating they closed at 10pm, the drive-thru played a message that they were closed. Drove around to the front and noticed the Open sign was still lit, and a few customers were in the lobby. Sent my teen inside to order one mashed potato bowel and 2 biscuits. Was told they were out of biscuits. After receiving food, they locked doors at 9:35pm. Perhaps they need to change the posted hours if they won't prepare and serve food until 10pm. Disappointing.
