Cook Out

Cook Out must do better! I visited recently and ordered a grilled chicken breast sandwich and fries! Why was my chicken breast in 3 little pieces?... more like a chicken nugget sandwich.. and the taste was off. It was early afternoon. It wasn't like it was close to closing time, which should also not be an issue.

I remember when this place used to be something special. Last two times I went the food quality was so bad I could not eat it. The ONLY way I'd be willing to go back or at the least update my review is if MGMT reaches out. They said they would and they never did and I'm so disappointed. If y'all are hungry just go to taco bell or burger king down the street. This location is trash!

Super fast service. Everything always taste great. A good treat once a month or so. First paragraph is from from 4 years ago. Cookout is still dishing out delicious food quickly. I am a South Carolina man through and through, and I love my slow pit cooked barbecue. And fast food barbecue usually turns me off. But the barbecue sandwich with coleslaw and Texas Pete at cookout delights me every time. Update: ordered a barbecue sandwich tray today and I got three very small cheese bites as one of my sides. I have uploaded the picture. Don't know what their rules are on cheese bites as a side, but I've gotten many more in the past.

The food was decent and the price was reasonable. The customer service was terrible and they didn't give me enough food to feed a person. My order of cheese bites was exactly 3 tiny cheese bites...think tiny pebble sized. My order of onion rings was 4 small rings. When I waited 15 minutes in line again, the person was very rude and shoved a bag of a couple more tiny cheese bites. Not worth it. Other Cookouts in town have been better.

Waited 45 minutes in the drive thru even though there were only a few cars in front of me. I was given a chicken sandwich with the tiniest amount of bbq sauce instead of the bbq pulled pork sandwich, which I was going to eat until I took several bites and decided it was too tough and the dirty grill flavor was unbearable. Cold hush puppies and dry slaw for sides with a watered down coke. Thanks Cook Out
