Edo Hibachi

I've never been to this particular establishment. Today was my first time here. When I walked in I was a bit taken aback however, I did see a lot of orders sitting waiting to be picked up on the side. Therefore,I assumed the food was good. I ordered steak & shrimp hibachi w/ extra shrimp, a shrimp hibachi meal, & one order of spring rolls.The wait was not long, though long enough I felt comfortable the food was being made as fresh as possible. I arrived home & opened the box.I immediately knew I had made a mistake. The food appeared old, specifically the shrimp & rice. I bit into a shrimp & it was extremely fishy. Which is generally the first indication seafood is old. The person who had the steak & shrimp plate shared my same sentiments,the meat & seafood were old. I immediately threw the food away.

I ordered take-out. Vegetables were raw, and I had to go home and cook them before I could eat my meal. I could understand them being cooked al dente if that were the case. In fact, I like them that way. However, they were literally still raw and definitely didn't mix with the rice. The meat did not have enough teriyaki sauce, so I had to add some flavorings to that as well. A positive is that the serving/portion size was decent. I won't be returning.

Very unprofessional staffs. I came for pick up order and the waitress was focused on her phone too much instead of helping customers. She responded to me wait a moment then keep typing phone. What a joke? Are you getting pay to treat a customer like that. I would leave 0 stars if it available here on the google.
