Awful experience at the Harbison Blvd location. Literally waited 15 minutes for a “freaky fast” BLT sub. They came and said they were now out of turkey and had to slice some for the turkey sub. Asked if we wanted to wait on turkey or get something different. We waited. It comes out wrong twice. Sub finally comes out looking like this. Literally two shredded pieces of turkey. This place needs some help. The Greenville location has my subs done before I’m even done filling my drink.

Today is February 1, 2022. I went into Jimmy John’s on Harbison Boulevard in Columbia SC. And I realize that two employees were wearing a safety mask however the manager on duty around 11:30 AM was not wearing her safety mask. She was a white female. When I try to call the store and get her name she would not give it to me. Please be careful eating here as they are not following the safety guidelines during a deadly pandemic. This place has gone to sh🤫t! HELP! PLEASE HIRE NEW MANAGEMENT!!! Megan could care less and does not like her job at Jimmy John’s on Harbison Boulevard. Don’t waist your time complaining as the employees including the managers could give a shi🤫t! I will never order from this location again!!! They can keep my $25 credit from there last attempt at my order.

Definitely not freaky fast today . It was Saturday and yes it was lunch time but they only had two employees working which seems strange . Guy didn't know how to take the order . Lady making sandwiches was friendly . I just think the main issue was they just needed one or two more employees . Sandwich was yummy . Update : went back . Still only 2 employees at lunch time . Still a new guy at the register . At least this one was more friendly . Asked for extra mayo . Guy might not have heard me say it . Otherwise sandwich was yummy . Don't know if I'm going back a third time but stay tuned .

We ended up not eating there because there was only one person working, but that man was doing an amazing job juggling everything going on. I just didn't want to add to it. The place was packed, and he was doing everything. Someone needs to give this man a raise before you lose an amazing employee. Not sure his name, but the only guy working Sunday, March 28th at 1pm.
