Domino's Pizza

I didn't check the reviews before ordering, just setup a carryout order online while I was in the area. My pizzas were ready when I arrived and looked good and hot. When eating, I realized the Pacific Veggie pizza didn't have all of the toppings listed online... if they were out, it wasn't mentioned and there weren't any extra toppings in its place. The pizzas weren't cut well and were heavy with garlic, which was supposed to be brushed on the crust only. Overall, it was okay.

I ordered last minute while I was In the parking lot. The call taker was courteous and efficient. When I walked in to pickup my order there was only one person ahead of me so I didnt wait long. I paid for my order and was told it would be just a few more minutes. Then the front person got busy answering calls and forgot I was there. The guys in the back were telling stories and laughing loudly. I looked up at the screen and observed that my food has been ready. I asked one of the guys in back to please hand me my order. He did so. My wait went from 15 mins to 45. Only bad part. My food was hot and delicious!

Less crust little ingredients for higher prices want be back. I will by from Food Lion and Walmart and cook my own. And quest like my family who been coming to your place for years. To put up with uncaring employees and your higher prices enough like my family stop coming maybe you will revisit this questionnaire. Just very disappointed. Velvet Ahrens

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST DOMINOS EVER!!!! I went to this store about 5 minutes ago, and it was horrible. I followed the app. and it said my food was ready but when I got there and asked for my food I was told it was coming out the oven. Even though the app. said it was ready. After watching the manager put my pizza in the oven i was told it wasn’t mine!!! Then I waited another 10 minutes and my pizza still wasn’t ready. I asked for a refund after the cashier said it was ready and it wasn’t. The manager questioned me why I was canceling the order. I explained to him I was lied to about the pizza being ready. He got mad about my answer. When I told him his cashier flat lied which he heard her lie to me. I asked to speak to a manager and come to find out that’s who I was talking too. So I asked if I could speak to someone higher than him and the whole time the general manager watched the whole thing going on and asked me to leave. Unbelievable that they have managers and general managers like this. I guess this is why they are always hiring. He are pictures that show I didn’t lie. They didn’t even offer a credit or anything.
