Longhorn Steakhouse

Normally when we go to longhorns the service is great but today we just felt like we were being punked the waiter we had was just terrible we couldn’t even get refills with stopping another waitress (Amelia, who was just awesome she stopped what she was doing and got our refills and steak sauce. The salad had more scrap in it then lettuce, stems aren’t anything I want to eat, we both asked for well done steaks and they both were mooing when brought to the table

I went to this resturant yesterday. Usually when I order from them, I hardly ever had a bad experience until now. I ordered my husband and I steak dinners, firecracker wraps, and chicken tender meal. Toppings for our bake potatoes. As we about to add toppings to our bake potato, as you can see in picture, it smell bad, like something had died. I've called the resturant last night and as I been transfer 3 times to speak with someone, this guy name "K****" was very rude as I was trying to explain to him that I had picked up my order smelled awful, which it was the toppings not the food. We couldn't stomach to eat this high priced food because of the smell. Now its going to be a min if i ever go back there to buy from this particular joint. Very disgusting, not helpful employees to fix this issue. I wish you can smell this cup, i have for evidence if they want me to bring it up there. Not acceptable.

I’ve lived in South Carolina for many years and a friend suggested I try The Longhorn Steakhouse They prepared my order to perfection. Steak prepared just the way I like it. I have dined at exclusive spots where it took three attempts to cook my steak as ordered. Longhorn did I it right the first time. Veggies and other items delicious. They know their business. Thanks for a great meal. Can’t wait until my next visit.

The service was fantastic. The food was amazing and fast. We had a large group and were seated within 15 minutes. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because I tried calling in to try an reserve seating and was told I had to go there and speak to the manager for that. To me, that seams like you can train your staff a bit better so the manager can, you know, manage the rest of the restaurant. Other than that, our waitress was great, food was great and it came out fast.

Great service! Kevin made my night, my girlfriends steak had a lot of tendons and fat . I'm not the type to complain , no one's fault that's just how it's cut sometimes . The waitress could tell something was wrong when we didn't get a to go box for her hardly eaten steak. Kevin the manager stopped by and made everything right . I was amazed how he took care of the situation without me having to say anything in the first place. Great communication between staff and management . Awesome waitress for taking the initiative and going the extra mile just to make us happy. Hands down great service!

We ordered steak. The food was good, not great, but tolerable. The service was awful. When my son and I came I n for lunch, a waitress saw us, but did not greet us or offer to seat us. Another waiter came, and he appeared have an attitude. My son wanted to walk out, but since we drove 30 minutes to get her5, I said let's stay. Thus is the restaurant on Decker. Don't go there. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.
