Zaxby's

The food was good and plentiiful. I ordered the House Salad with fried chicken and ranch dressing and a lemonade drink to dine in and 5 chicken fingers to go. The Staff and Manager were friendly and courteous and working with a sense of urgency. No visible cell phones and no one standing around doing nothing. I will return and I do recommend.

If I could give this store 0 stars, I would. Worst service ever!!! I’m still waiting on my food and it’s been 35 minutes now and I still don’t have it. This is absolutely ridiculous. I’ve NEVER waited this long for food at Zaxby’s. (Let me not to forget to mention I went up to the counter several times and all they said is “it’s not done yet”) like how aren’t you done cooking food for just two people and the store isn’t even busy at all. Horrible experience! Bush river drive through window. While in drive through line placing order i asked very kindly to provide fresh bone in chicken wings with fresh hot fries. This occurred 4/17/22 approx 8pm the young ladies assured me they will make sure my food was hot. Needless to say i paid $11+ for 5 cold wings& old cold fries as i began to eat i was so humiliated that the young ladies lied to me when i ask them to make sure my food was prepared hot. I will not go back to Zaxbys for a cup of water. The cahiers & workers do not care about their customers!!!

Or if ALL of the Zaxbys food chains this restaurant’s night shift is by far THE WORST. No matter when you go!! You can never visit this store after 4 pm and not wait in the drive thru for 15-20 minutes if not longer. Chic fil-a right up the street with just as many cars in drive thru waiting a fraction of the time. To add insult to injury, their likely to mess up your order after you’ve waited 20+ minutes in the drive thru for it. If I could only find another restaurant with house salad s good as Zaxbys…when its prepared right

The manager is an outstanding customer service focused gentleman. I always get fantastic and professional service at this restaurant. I know it's just a fast food place, but for a fast food place or any place this particular Zaxby's is always a pleasure to visit and the food is always great. That is if you like Zaxby's :-)
