Taco Bell

Excited that the Mexican pizza is back so I ordered it in the app along with a craving box. The hard taco was broken. The pizza had very few toppings. The side of potatoes was loaded with sour cream and nacho cheese but fewer potatoes. The soda was flat. The gordita was good. My order was ready for pickup when I went inside and the staff was friendly. The restaurant looked clean.

My cheesy roll ups with tomatoes. What in the world. Who is the manager...who is preparing the food. I tried but now I'm not going back. Customer service guy was really nice but this is crazy Yallllllll lol lol lol. Waited 15 min for cold unmelted cheesy roll ups bahahahaha ...never again..look at the picture

Probably the worst Taco Bell I have been in. Upon entering, could see they were a little busy, which is fine, we weren't in a hurry. But then, after we had decided what we were getting, we waited at the register to no avail, then after waiting, we were told to use the kiosk to order. Then we were told that some of the items we ordered they didn't have. (Cashier to tell us that would've been nice, just saying) But I understand, they were too busy with offensive music playing in the back so loud, you could not hear the lobby music, let alone customers that needed to be waited on. When our food did come out, it was awful. Seemed like everything was overcooked, or burnt. Absolutely pitiful.

Worst Taco Bell ever. I don't know why they advertise that they're open so late, when they shut the food prep line down early, like 5 hours early. Don't try to walk into the dining room, they will lie to you and tell you there is something wrong with their computer, and they can only take orders from the drive-thru. They are just lazy. They don't want to have to clean their dining area, they don't want to have to clean their restrooms, and they don't want to stay late.
