Firehouse Subs

After waiting for forty five minutes for an ONLINE order, my sub was wrong. Gladly I can say my Family’s was all correct. I promise you when I say I felt like everything was in slow motion today. When we finally asked about our food, the employee didn’t even care to make eye contact with us. A poor employee from Target was on her lunch break, waiting for about the same we were - I hope she got to eat her lunch.

Ordered two engineers with pickles on the side. The pickles were made with over-ripe cucumbers and the skins were inedible (thick and hard). Told the staff and got an answer that this was an exception (my luck). The staff gave four additional pieces to try. They all tasted the same. Firehouse should not have bought the pickle and given it to its customers!

This place needs to get it together. I put in an online order for pickup at 12:35pm on June 18th of 2022. I put the order in at 12:05. Thirty minutes to get three sandwiches done. I arrived in time and was told they were finishing it up. It was 12:37 at that time. They asked me ten minutes later what was wrong as I was still there with no order and I told them I was still waiting. We got our bag from the worker and he gave me someone else's order entirely! They didn't even have my order. The food was okay but it was subpar to the location closer to my home. I rarely leave bad reviews but this was an awful experience. The people were rude and had an attitude. Especially the cashier with the septum in her nose when I asked about my order. She rolled her eyes and didn't even try to be nice or kind. Will NEVER return to this location and I hope no one else does either!

This particular Firehouse Subs every time I go there my order is made fresh on the spot and right even when they're extremely busy that kind of accuracy is hard to find nowadays it's still nice that they continue to help First Responders out the Italian sub is amazing but their Philly cheesesteak definitely gives a run for its money please check this place out it's a good sub shop any help local Hometown Heroes too
