Zaxby's

Placed order using the mobile app. Much convenient for placing order in the app than drive through. The nibbler with insane sauce was amazing 🥲 loved it 😋 🥵….! Good fingerz with spicy zax sauce. Paid $0.25 for sauces. I was expecting a good package with all the sauces names. But these boxes are confusing, not sure which box is what kind of sauce. Quantity of the sauces is very less. It’s not worth $0.25 for one box. Please fix this ☹️😐.

The slowest (like A sloth is quicker) drive thru I’ve ever experienced. I clocked it at 36 minutes from ordering to the window, & receiving food. I joked they cook the orders fresh from the farm! Pass this place on your exit while traveling off of 20…if you’re wanting a dining experience length of time for a fast-food meal!!!

This was actually my favorite zaxbys location. They always got my order correct and pushed the drive-thru in a timely manner. As of late, the wait time on food has been absolutely ridiculous and the last three times my order was incorrect (an allergy item was not removed from my salad). Last night I was in the drive-thru for almost an hour (57 minutes) with only about 6 cars ahead of me. Unfortunately, I don't think I'll be back for a while. I will say that the young lady at the window was extremely sweet, so I don't have an issue with the customer service, just the wait time experience. And with the cost of gas increasing, waiting in line with your vehicle running for that amount of time is unacceptable.

I hate this Zaxby's location and just when I thought they were getting better they are worst. I went there tonight got in the line @ 9:30 PM 10 O'clock comes I'm still in line. two cars from the speaker to order. A young lady comes out to the car in front of me I guess they were her friends she takes their order and proceed to tell me they are the last car and the restaurant is closed . The customer service at this location is horrible. Im not going to beg anyone to take my money but after waiting 30 minutes in line, I expected to be able to purchase a meal. I'm done!!!! If I don't go to the Two Notch road location I just won't be eating Zaxby's. I don't know what manager would allow them to cut off the line after knowing the line has been wrapped around the building for 30 minutes.

Every time I come here, the drive thru is literally 20-35 mins long. It’s like you want to leave but then you don’t because you’ve already waited for so long, and then by the time u get food, it’s bleek! Like you would think the food would be fresh for waiting, but it’s either cold or hard chicken. You shouldn’t make someone’s order until they get to the window. If u made everyone’s order, and it’s just sitting, it’s going to get cold. I missed a whole movie showtime bc of the wait. And now currently in line late for work.
