An empty parking lot during the lunch rush should have been my first clue to stay away. I really wanted to have some Carolina BBQ after being away from my SC home for so many years. This place was pretty disappointing. Gets two stars because the hash, while greasy, was not horrible.

My son said if he only had one thing to eat for the rest of his life it would be Maurice's banana pudding. Our quick father's day lunch was very good.

Bad experience brisket was cold and I got 4 end pieces one was only fat. Mac and cheese not made. Lady completely rude. Didn't even provide utensils or napkins. Try another location or just go somewhere else....

0 stars! Worst place and food I have ever seen in my life.
These ppl have never even heard of a barbecue meat!!! Green beans was the only thing I tasted and it was soury from a can microwaved and probably opened 6 months ago. Staff was rude and never cared when my husband told them that he didn’t eat mustard. Meat was mixed with mustard sauce that is not even mentioned on their menu. Terrible Terrible ! Avoid. Place was also empty and obviously lots of reasons why. It has to be closed down!

The staff was in the back and never came out to greet us and take our orders so we ended up leaving and going to Midland Smoke about 1.6 miles away in the Crossland Shopping Plaza. Disappointed but expected.

I expected a lot more from this place, but the food wasn’t great. It wasn’t bad but it was not as it should be. Will I ever go away from my way to stop by? Definitely NOT!

The food was subpar. Fries were cold and so was my pulled pork sandwich. The meat was dry and packed flavor. The price was high for what you get.
