Domino's Pizza

My last experience at Domino's on 12/3/21 pretty much ensured I'd never come back. Prior to that, I got Domino's every single Friday for about three years. My prior visit on 11/12/21 found me sitting in the lobby over 45 minutes after my pizza was supposed to be ready for pickup. Things happen, ok. But on 12/3/21, my order for pickup was significantly delayed. The whole thing took 90 minutes (projected time was 45). The manager on duty obviously was in over her head. Ok, fine, things happen (as above). When I finally got the pizzas, 90+ minutes after ordering and a considerable wait in the lobby, I found that BOTH of my XL pizzas were actually Larges. The manager girl tried to tell me "sometimes they shrink" but she then laid a Large pan over them both which confirmed that my pizzas were both Large. Check the attached photos, which show the 14" pizzas I received (their Large is 14, XL is 16). I asked her to just refund my money and keep the pizzas. She refused. I was too tired to argue. Fine. So I write customer service. I request an email back through their form. I hear nothing from this location. I follow up a week later. I still hear nothing. After having my time wasted, being ripped off, and getting NO response and NO resolution, I cannot recommend this clown show of a Domino's. And since my last two visits demonstrated a lack of management, total ineptitude, and a pitiful lack of customer service, I had to write it off and find a new Friday night tradition. Pitiful.

We order Domino’s a lot, as it is close to our house and the food and service is usually great. Tonight was exceptionally different as a delivery driver whose first night on the job was very kind and we took them accordingly but also we wanted to make a comment that the food tonight seemed to be the best we’ve had in quite a while. Not the food we’ve had in the past has been bad however this meal was far past the expected good standard. We ate every last bite! Highly recommend this location as the food and staff are always accommodating, friendly, and delicious!

I’m really upset to be giving Dominos such a terrible review, but black olives make me sick so when I ordered a pizza that was supposed to be HALF black olives (for my roommate) we got a pizza with black olives on almost the whole thing. I cannot believe the lack of pride these people take in their work. I have never had issues before. Whoever made this pizza clearly does not care about their job.

These people don't care what your food looks like. How and why!? Then the individual answering the phone decided to "ok sir" me while I'm still talking to him trying to inform him of what I received. I told him not to cut me off and the flood gates of passive aggressiveness came out of him. Smh, you give your money but you get what you get

Hot garbage, worst Dominos experience ever, hands down. Ordered for delivery to a “hotspot”. My pizza was supposed to be delivered to the hotspot at 1:50. I decided to go ahead of the notification so I could meet the driver as they arrived. The directions to the hotspot led me to a street with no pull off or building nearby. I found a place to park and called to talk to inquire about my delivery and to get clarification on the hotspot. The very unhelpful person on the other end of the phone stated that he did not know about hotspots and told me that he didn’t pick the hotspot…. Very rude and not what you should expect from Dominos. Pizza delivered an hour later.
