Papa Johns Pizza

This is $30.00 worth of pizza now? Do they even look to see that a quarter of one of the pizzas has no toppings before they cook, slice, box it up? Extremely disappointed and dissatisfied in this. I could understand if it was reasonably priced, but not for over $15.00 a pizza....order from here allot, or we used to until this. Rethinking our pizza source....

Ordered at 4:15pm for a 5:30pm delivery. I don't mind if it was 10-20 min late after the stated delivery time but an hour late after is a little ridiculous. I called and was put on hold for over 20 minutes which by then the driver showed up which was at 6:30. The driver Greg was awesome and he called the manager that was working at that time for us. She was very rude and told him to just bring the pizza's back after he stated we wanted a refund.We said no we want our food but felt as though we should not have to pay due to late cold pizza and lack of service when trying to call the store to figure out what was going on. I give Greg our drive 5 stars ( and yes we definitely made sure to tip him). The manager Ceria 0 stars. I was an assistant manager at a pizza delivery store and that type of service is unacceptable. I get that it can get busy and frustrating but as a Manger you should know better on how to handle situations like this in a more professional manner. I love Papa John's and usually get great service but this was definitely a first.

Pizza was burnt and dry. Call to get my money back some lady answered the phone every rudely and said why didn’t I call baxk when the pizza was given to me and ask did I want my pizza re made. Proceeded to catch a attitude and asked me if I wanted my receipt and my money back, I said yes and she said I will make that happen and hung up in my face while talking. WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN. And my breadsticks were burnt and dry and not fresh at all!!! My delivery was really nice. She should leave that horrible working establishment.

Gluten Free items cooked on same oven with gluten flour on the oven and counter. No gloves warn while handling pizzas and no hand washing in between making pizzas. I received a contaminated gluten free pizza which sparked my allergic reaction, which is a severe migraine. My husband returned today Jan 24th at 5pm and spoke with Kim who was the not wearing gloves nor washing her hands. She did not take his concern seriously and had a nasty attitude. I have already made a complaint to DEHEC concerning the matter. I believe as well that covid policies are not being followed in this restaurant. If you are going to offer gluten free food it must be separate from the gluten food, people like myself who have this allergy can tell immediately when cross contamination has happened because the allergy symptoms arise quickly. As well Kim is in need of good customer service training, she seems to have forgotten it is a requirement of her job to be understanding and polite. Maybe she should work else where?
