Steak 'n Shake

I like Steak n Shake, but this was the worst one I have ever been in. I know they just recently opened, but this is totally unacceptable. The food was cold when served, and check out the photo of the lettuce that was on the chicken sandwich. How could someone actually let that leave the kitchen. Hopefully they will get their act together some day down the line.

Our first time to enjoy a delicious - very well cooked - with a very, very good flavor !! :) I ordered the double-bacon burger, w/o pickles, and all the rest of the usual trimmings. My wife ordered double meat cheeseburger, w/o pickles, similar to mine. These burgers are really delicious!! Coffee, tea, COKE products, etc., are also offered. Like shakes? A variety of flavors are offered, too. My own personal opinion, the fries leave a lot to be desired. Service is excellent, as our wait-staff person, Vincent, was very attentive to our needs. He kept checking with us to make sure everything was okay. After my wife and I discussed this, a well rated score of 95 is deserved. We had good service and the food was good. We got there for half price shake happy hour, 2 to 4 and I had the spaghetti 5 way and my son had a burger and fries. I love this place for the cheap eats. The fries are thin and really good. I haven't had a bad meal here. It is a fast food atmosphere, something like 5 Guys.
