My first ever Papa John's visit! Place was nice. Staff were nice. Gentleman even offered to carry my pizza to my car for me after I went in to get it. Prices were good. Bought 4 of 5 pizzas. Overall. Yes!!

Good pizza! Great service. I ordered online and they had me in out with a hot pizza in minutes! They have greatttt teamwork and everyone was super friendly! My pizza was made perfectly - pepperoni on one side and veggies only on the other!

Service was VERY slow. I ordered my pizza online and it said would be ready in 15 minutes. I also signed up for text messages to stay up to date. I was texted three minutes later that my pizza was in the oven, and then again after 12 minutes had passed that my order was ready to be picked up. I arrived 2 minutes after that text and waited for OVER 30 minutes as the manager said the orders are running behind. This is unacceptable and will not be back to this location, maybe not even to PJ's again as The Hut seems to always be on time next my place. SAD this is how my weekend has started. Shame on you PJ. Do Better!!!

I waited 2 and a half hours for a pizza like this ! The staff is rude and nasty ! I ask the DM will he check my food this time before it get sent out his response was " I mean I can try " like wow they obviously have kids running this place I will never be returning

If I could give zero stars I would. This was the second time this store has gotten our order wrong. No manager was around. We ordered on line and never got our order. Last time it was wrong. I called back and manager was there said we probably ordered at another store which we didn’t . Just one thing after another won’t order from here again .

Overall experience was completely awesome….. the only semi-complaint would be the price of the food but that is to be expected in these days and times…. The food was hot, deliciously prepared and ready ahead of the time I requested. The wait time was minimal, less than 2 minutes and the staff was courteous and professional. 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾

Excellent customer service from the manager. It was my first pizza from Papa John's. Didn't know what to order. He helped me make a choice and I was so delighted. I will be going back. Thank you Joshua at the two notch rd location.
