Bojangles

Never ever will I come here for a late night dinner for my family and I. I could’ve ate McDonald’s than the slob I received. I ordered two chicken sandwich combos and a five piece chicken supreme combo. Food was very much cold and the chicken sandwiches came served with only the buns and the chicken. No mayonnaise nor pickles on neither one of the sandwiches! What a disappointment! Customers should get what they pay for not what the employees feel like doing even when it’s almost closing time. I’ve could been told that they were low on items or food wasn’t made fresh! The $30 I spent here wasn’t much but it mattered because it was my hard earned money! I will be making a complaint to cooperate for this location to do better. Enough was said on my end and not enough was done on their end! COME LATE AT YOUR OWN RISK!

The young lady at the counter told me I could not change the chicken in the tailgate to 2 breasts 4 thighs & 2 wings. I told her to just sell them to me separately or ring it up another way. She continued to say she couldn't do it & tried to ignore me & make me pay for pieces I didn't want. Her attitude was horrible. She finally called her manager because I wouldn't accept chicken I didn't want & the manager fixed it correctly. I appreciate the manager but the young girl needs SO much help with customer service. Don't fire her....trach her.

Absolute worst experience. Instead of saying how can I help you? They said what you need. First of all. Then they didn't have the chicken I ordered or the sides that I wanted and instead of offering something different they were just trying to give me a refund plus the drinks smell like and taste like algae bloom. I'll never go back to this. Bojangles

Food was great just like Bojangles. Service was horrible. Cashier would not even talk you you. She stood there waiting for us to tell what we wanted. The only thing she said to me was how much I owed. When I gave her the cash she dropped my change on the counter with not even I’m sorry. Poor service!

I dont usually write reviews like this because everyone has a bad day and I usually roll with it, but here goes. Horrible customer service. Order taker mumbled. I couldnt umderstand what she was saying at all. No smiles from anyone. I felt like I was intruding on their space. Just "you ready?" Got my order wrong, Fixed it by taking tenders out of my box after putting them in there. Got sauces wrong. Handed me cups for my drinks and said "here" with no explanation. I had to ask for my boberry biscuits twice. They looked and tasted a bit burnt which is probably the reason another server said...he got boberry, not cinnamon. She brought them to the counter and put the icing on them out of a bag standing right there. Everything was unprofessional, even for "minimum wage mentality" people. It will be a long time before I go to this store again. Just sad.
