Hardee's

Only reason for less than 5 stars is because 7 out of 10 times my order is incomplete or wrong. The staff is very friendly and the food is delicious every time. Wait time gets a bit frustrating especially when you get the wrong stuff but overall not a bad restaurant. Their new sales and items are really good just like the traditional menu items. Yum yum

It's no surprise that the words American and classic are posted. The burgers have a unique original taste that takes you back. Hardee's menu demands a moment of your time as you decide what to order, because the different choices for these delicious burgers are actually REAL options. Bottom line, these burgers are GOOD. Clean dining area and really nice staff, very polite. Not what you'd expect from a fast food joint. Definitely a notch above most.

I was surprised how fast Hardee's drive thru was. Normally I avoud going there for fast food unless I'm not in any hurry because they are slow. Food was good, fries really hot so I knew they were freshly cooked. Friendly people . Very satisfied with my last trip to Hardee's. Keep up the good work! Now, to get t h e one on my side of town to speed up like that one!!!

I went thru the drive thru. After I drove off I realized they gave me the wrong order, so I went back. The manager came to the window and asked for the bags back. He then asked for my receipt because he said that a platter cost more then what's in the bag. They had charged me correctly for two platters, two cokes and a sandwich...$11 something, which was way less then what was in the bag. It really pissed me off. I got a refund and let them keep their food....bc of his rudeness

As usual Window clerk's were rude. They are always impaitaint. Don't let you finish your order. You to repeat yourself 2 or more times. And you still might not get what you order And today they didn't get it right. We ordered a Cherry Coke and a Dr Pepper. When the clerk handed us the order she didn't know which order was which. Never got the Cherry Coke. Had to reorder Dr Pepper. This is not a place that I would want to bring my Grandchildren or great grands to. Retrain those workers to be more customer friendly. When I worked with the public.I was told that the customer is always right. Be curtious. Because their spending thier money.

The overall satisfaction of this restaurant was HORRIBLE! My food was dry and nasty, the waiting time was ridiculous, one customer payed for his food and if never came and was never called, so he left with no food..., there was no numbers given to know when my food or anyone's food was ready. This was a very poor place to eat, never again will I eat here. Y'all need to do better. I don't think corporate would like this. ~ Your local food critic
