Buffalo Wild Wings

Absolutely horrible. The cleanliness was atrocious. Place has gone down hill. They didnt have lemonade or onion rings for my order. I had to take pics of how nasty the whole area was. Plenty of time to clean the place as there wasnt too many people there eating. I stepped on an already stepped on cockroach, the seats at every seating area had old food and trash in them. The windows was littered with trash and spider webs. Absolutely embarrassing for this establishment. Food was good for me but my wife ordered a cheeseburger and got a double hamburger and then asked for two pieces of cheese and only got one.

First visit to this location. We waited a few minutes to be seated because there wasn't anyone at the host table. We selected a table and our waitress was attentive, regularly checking on us. We ordered the chicken sandwich specials ($5.99 with fries) and an appetizer sampler. The chicken was lightly fried and a little bland but the brioche bun was very flavorful. We had lettuce and tomato added to our sandwiches. The appetizers were really good. The new chipotle bbq dry rub is delicious but very reminiscent of pork skin flavor. The newly updated menu selections are great additions.

Visit was good. Happy for my birthday free small wings but I've just come to conclusion I dont care for their food. Wings are always fried harder than my liking and since there is no seasoning on the wings the wings with sauce are just bland. Classic Buffalo has a good kick to it. May taste better if on different wings. Oh I forgot what I do love from them is the salt and vinegar seasoning. I buy a bottle every time. Its amazing.

Won't go back. Standard Bdubs environment where my group had to shout to hear each other but otherwise clean and plenty of sports on. Saturday night and it was steady, didn't seem overly crowded to me. I was there with a group of around 20, mostly from out of town. We were served as separate tables of 4 to 6 people, no big deal. We just wanted wings and a few drinks so serving as separate tables was better anyway, we didn't need all our food at once. Unfortunately, several in my party waited 2 hours for their orders to come out - one never got his food and at least 3 others just got it in to-go boxes because we were leaving by then. This as we watched others come in after us and get their food. The server couldn't explain it and I know it wasn't on her but someone should have done something and she was our only connection to the restaurant. Maybe they were short staffed? Maybe they had a computer issue? No idea, we never found out and the problem never got resolved. For what it's worth, my food (plate of 15 wings) came out after about 15 minutes and tasted delicious so I had no personal complaints but my group definitely suffered. We'll find another spot to try next time.

We came here to get food to carry out. We were told 10-15 minutes. We waited, then the guy at the desk said 10-15 more minutes. Which is perfectly fine, we waited. But we waited an hour and a half more. Once we finally got the order, we were missing our fries. We let them know and they said they’d be out shortly. We waited 45 MORE minutes for just fries. Our food when we got home (5 minutes away) was cold and chewy. I will say that the guy at the desk was great and handled all issues, apologizing for the poor service we received. He went on his break during the time we waited for the fries and had no control over it. The manager on site was not paying attention to customers and was on her cell phone while we waited for fries, which apparently she and another worker forgot about.

Back in 2020. I worked at this specific location for 6 months (maybe less due to Covid shutting the place down), and within that time I was harassed by 2 male managers above me. I was a 22 year old at the time (and I’m a female). I got FIRED after the second one harassed me after I reported the harassment. Overall, major retaliation took place there, I’d love to discuss that! Nobody cared either, I was without a job for months because of that. If you’re a female and would like to work there, I’d advise you to not work there. Save your dignity since they don’t care at all about females there, trust me since it happened to two other females too! So sad. On top of that, I wanted to pursue a lawsuit for retaliation but couldn’t because I had no money to afford a lawyer! I bet nobody will even still to this day say nothing to this post. AGAIN IF YOU ARE A FEMALE, I WOULD NOT WORK HERE. HR took 3 months contacting me back, and they said they’d reach back out to me, and they never did. I had to keep pursuing looking for a job since I was broke and on my own, so didn’t contact them back either. Guess everything that happened to me was my fault, at least that’s how Buffalo Wild Wings on Devine street made me feel. Saddest part was the GM working was a female too, and she didn’t care at all either.
