Domino's Pizza

Fast service! Friendly service! Although one of my pizza was not ready/possibly mixed in with someone else's order. so I had to wait another to be cooked or get my account credited. I decided to wait because I have a basketball and a football player waiting for dinner lol. Manager was super nice about it though. So 5 stars! (Order under Nunez #1918 or #918) ps, it was suppose to be curbside but after waiting a few minutes I decided to go through drive through because they seemed super busy

Did an online order for delivery. Was first time for this location to order. Waited about 90 mins and the online status sat at QC for 35 or so. Then my order was cancelled. When I called the store the automated system recognized my number and my order. When asked for an explanation after getting through to talk to someone I was given a lousy answer as to why. Highly unacceptable and will not order from this location in the future.

Took 2 hours to deliver a pizza to my house that’s less than 2 miles from the restaurant. They said they would throw in a 2 liter coke “for my trouble” (a $2 soda…seriously?) and then when the delivery driver finally showed up he didn’t even have the soda with him. First and probably last time ever ordering from this location.

Ordered pizza online, was cancelled. No one called to tell us. Waited over an hour past delivery time. Called was told could come pick up that their driver quit they had no one to deliver. Arrive at location there were THREE delivery drivers cars in parking lot. The older, heavy set "so called manager" told us she had in fact cancelled BOTH our delivery and pickup orders and accused my wife of using racial slurs on the phone when it was me that ordered online and talked to her on the phone. No one here uses language like that. No one. This is not the first time we have had issues with this location. The "manager" ended up calling cops on my wife Becuase my wife asked why we were told to pick up and no drivers. And then threathened with bodily harm. And then THREE hours after our original on line order the delivery driver knocks on our door with our order. What's joke this place is. They cancelled someone order but it apparently wasn't even the RIGHT order because apparently they were too busy to handle a few orders. Worst customer service in years very incompetent and rude. And makes up any excuse to not fulfil an order and accused people of uses racial slurs. My wife has a biracial child. She is definitely not going to use words like that.
