Papa Johns Pizza

The food is good but damn the ordering phase is torturous. After they get your address (which is challenging), they take your order, but also take multiple opportunities to upsell, which is of course annoying since you have to say "no" about 3 times after you place the order, which they then confirm a second time. Then, just in case you're not sufficiently annoyed, that's when they ask your name, phone number and how you will be paying and finally relay the total, to which you must respond to whether it's ok or not. They then have to put you on hold and return prior to providing the ETA and have the nerve to then ask if that's ok. versus Pizza Hut - Pick up or delivery? What's your phone number? You at xyz? What's your order? Be about 45 minutes, cash or card? :-)

I had two experiences with Papa John's pizza, ordered pizza one evening all was well, but a few days later ordered Papa John's pizzerias (chicken & Canadian bacon) was very, very, poorly prepared, was not any 'Veggies and not much Meat lots of cheese & tomato sauce on hard crusted bread!!! Wanted too get my money back, but did not had transportation, it was delivered 👎🏼

Do not I repeat do not order online. I was not there made a order online got home no drink. Made a call talk to someone that does not understand English. After getting the run around and getting hang up on three times drives to the restaurant. Get there just to be told oh that was a call center and sending a lot of orders thru door dash terrible customer service. DONE!!!

Barely any sauce to be seen on the pizza and the Hawaiian had barely any toppings.... How do you screw up up sauce and amount of toppings? You can look at it and see it isn't right. They also incorrectly closed the box on the meat pizza which punctured the garlic sauce and soaked the entire pizza. It's now garbage.

Ordered online from this location a couple of months ago. The delivery was outsourced to a DoorDash driver. The food was brought to an address on a completely different street than the address I provided, and as such I contacted customer service. Customer service advised me to reach out directly to the store, which I did. At the store, a member of management connected me directly with the DoorDash driver for some reason. The driver started yelling and saying he delivered to the address I provided, which is entirely false and I do have screenshots to prove that. I hung up on the driver and decided to call customer service back to at least get my refund. Customer service once again said this can only go directly through the store but they would send a message to the stores owner on my behalf. The lady with customer service said I’d be getting a phone call within a week to arrange my refund. The call never came, so I called the store directly to arrange my refund for the food that I never received. The person at the store told me their manager would call me later. At this point it has been about two months and I never got my $50 or a call back from anyone. I would definitely be skeptical of doing business with this particular franchise in the future, and I’m only writing this review in the vain hope that someone will see it and make me whole.
