Use to eat here 3-4 times a week. Today I tried them again. Food was awesome as normal, but instead of saying 20-25 mins for online orders you should just put 30-45. But I had a good time spending my whole lunch break waiting on food I ordered online.

Any time my husband and I are in Columbia we love to stop at hibachi house! It’s a no-frills, yummy spot for quick hibachi. Employees are always friendly and it’s very affordable!

I’ve been coming here for a while and have noticed a steady decline in service, cleanliness and quality. General repairs are some time needed and new management overlooks them. It takes time to cook the food I completely understand but 3-4 tickets deep should not equal 1 hour wait times. It’s hibachi. If the drink station is broken at least offer tea or run to sams and grab canned drinks to offer. No ice and warm water does NOT equal 1.99 for a drink.

The place and food taste is very awful. I found an insect in the salad!

I dont know if its the pandemic, but their food went from amazing to very bad. We've tried it a few times in the past couple months and it's been consistent. A real shame.
Edit - we revisited 2 years later and I wish there was a lower grade than 1 star. The hibachi chicken smells like dog food, the vegtables were not cooked al the way and the rice was hard. It wasn't even busy when I ordered. I used to love this place on my lunch breaks, but I'll never come here again.

I feel sorry for the college kids that have to settle for this subpar service and food. I had to pick up a Grubhub order and the cashier “Michelle” (if that’s her real name) was extremely rude AND the food took forever. I will never patronize this restaurant nor recommend it.

Waited for our food for 30mins. Shrimp was dry and hard. We asked for our steak to be cooked medium. It was tough and dry. They do not deserve the awards on the wall. Horrible customer service! Please do not waste your time and money. I wish grilled teriyaki was still open.This place wouldn’t have thrived if they had competition. Do not eat here!
