This is what I found in my drink. I will NEVER go back to that location. Another instance, I found hair attached to to one of my mozzarella cheese sticks…Gave it another chance only to experience another problem. NEVER AGAIN! By the way, I was blamed for it. I AM NOT A SMOKER NEITHER DO I HAVE ANYONE THAT SMOKES IN MY PRESENCES!

After several times coming here, my only complaint is the service can be a little slow, but to be fair, the car lines are often long. The staff here have gotten my orders right and are respectful, so I can tell they try. Honestly, I'd give them 4 1/2 stars. I will certainly continue coming here, because they earn their business.

Thought I would come to Sonic because I actually like the food. It's been 20 minutes and I have yet to get my food. All I ordered was a chicken sandwich by itself. What's really going on? I can understand if it was busy but it's slow, which is why I stopped here.

the food here is great, but my god the waiting is horrific. i’m writing this review while sitting in my car, waiting for my shake. the worst part is that several cars have pulled into the waiting spots and already received drinks, while i’ve been waiting here. i even called over some poor employee, and they said they’d check on it. that was ten minutes ago. i don’t intend on moving from this spot until i get my shake.

Sat at the mic to order for 5 minutes ordered a route 44 sweet tea and needed to pull forward and waited 7 minutes for a drink and only a drink. How do you not have sweet tea ready and made at 4:30pm

This is the worst sonic I’ve been to in Columbia. They’re always slow; they never have things in stock or communicate. I ordered online and waited at the stall for 30 minutes or more to find out they didn’t have the size I ordered. Go anywhere else other than here.

Not impressed with this location at all. I ordered a large M&M Blast and a large Chocolate Shake no whip cream or cherry. They fell short on the Blast and over filled the shake making it run down the side of the cup. Will go out of my way to another location, rather then going to this one. Have gotten one too many skimpy Blasts. See the pictures.
