Mcdonald's

Horrible customer service. Waiting inside McDonald's to order no one to serve you the kiosk out of order. The crew members see you waiting online to order refuse to place an order. Crew members playing in the background. I waited 15minutes for some one to take my order for the breakfast menu just so they can tell me they are switching to the lunch menu. I told the lady I've been waiting here for some one to take my order like she cared. The drive threw is no better.

The food was fresh and hot., I will give it that. The drive thru took forever. I waited in line for about 15 minutes at least. I can see it being 12 and lunch time, but it was almost 3. It was 100*. But the line was stopped. Now when we finally got to the window, the 1st lady to pay, she wasn't too friendly, but the 2nd lady that handed us our food was nice and polite. All we had was a happy meal and a bacon mcdouble. I gave 3 stars b/c the food was hot.

Very unprofessional ! I’m sitting in my car as i watch a young lady talk to her manager about a situation with another employee while the employee who was in the back window come rushing out the door starting stuff . I feel bad for the young lady . I watched the whole situation. If that young lady loses her job im gonna feel back because that lady was wrong . This McDonalds gotta do better . If i was that young lady I’ll press charges cause no ma’am. Who is the general manager of this place 🤦🏾‍♀️

WORST MCDONALD'S EVER!!!!! Went for a friend to order. Waited in the first drive through....wait and wait while the 2nd drive through was moving. Ordered for my friend tue person kept getting the order wrong. I mentioned it and she started cursing. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! I see why McDonald's always get a bad rap. Hasn't changed since I stopped eating it 15 yrs+ ago. I left my friend hungry and reminded her she should eat at Chick-fil-A!!!! I asked for the owners information. They said it's on the bag. I told them we canceled the order because of the rude service. They just looked, stared and stood there. I guess since people eat McDonald's no matter what. They can care less about the service. I will convince my friend that it's NOT WORTH IT!!! Not sure what she's eating tonight, but I will NEVER take her back!!! I want to speak with the owner.
