Dunkin'

This Dunkin’ DOES NOT DESERVE YOUR BUSINESS. The owner/managers consistently understaff the restaurant, sometimes only employing 1 person during peak morning hours in a busy area. There were 10 customers inside, about 6 waiting for coffee and about 4 at the register waiting for their order to be taken. I felt so bad for this employee. I asked her, “are you the only one working?!” She replied “yes,” i said “that isn’t very fair of your boss.” She replied “I know.” What a terrible way to treat the employees that make your business operate. Also, this location is an embarrassment for Dunkin’ brands’ international reputation.

I walk in to grab a quick coffee and bagel. There are three employees in the shop. 5 people in line or have ordered and waiting for their purchase. One employee is working, and clearly not trained to work alone. Waited 10 minutes for coffee, and another 5 for my bagel sandwich. The whole time the other two employees that aren't working are just sitting looking at their phones. One in front, the other in back. Its not a hard store to run. Train your people and have some responsibility for your employees.

The staff are awesome! I made a paid mobile order on Christmas but didn't realized they were closed until I arrived at the store. The next day I showed the order to the staff, and they apologized and made the order for me right away. The waiting time maybe a little long because of there simply aren't enough employees during the morning hours.

I have been to this location a number of times and I am sadly always unimpressed with the service. They are always understaffed and it is impossible to get in and out quickly, even though it's rarely busy. Today I ordered an Americano with french vanilla (a hot drink) and received an iced coffee in a cup meant for hot drinks. It also tasted like straight vanilla syrup and milk. From now on I'll stick with Harold's and Starbucks.

Every time I go here or order from here they mess up my order, or they are out of everything. I thought it would be nice and celebrate national Donuts day with my friend, and we ordered online. We didn't a single donut we asked for, and they got her drink wrong. When I asked why they just said they where out, and the lady was rude about it. I also said I think it's wrong that I have to pay $12.00 for something that's wrong and I didn't ask for. She told me tough luck. I will never by at Dunkin Donuts again!! and Corporate should get better employee, and prepare better for a holiday!!
