Dunkin'

The south one is run much more efficiently than the north one. We stop going to the north one because they would randomly run out of ice cream. This one’s always clean and fully stocked. The workers are nice. Whenever I’m on the southside it’s always a treat to go. To go, dine in, drive-through it’s a complete package.

I am a Dunkin fan! This is one place I can get my Butternut, chocolate crème filled and coconut donuts. I am a fussy fix my own flavor decaf cup of coffee, using coconut or oat milk and a flavor, or two different ones. The employee who served this 70 year old lady was pleasant and took excellent care of me. And his good looks made my day, I asked and he said I could post his picture. Store also has various comfortable seating areas.

I havent had a single good experience here. Workers are incompetent and act like they absolutely hate their jobs. Asked for icecream and worker complained that we were making her use her clean scoops. Then she proceeded to roll her eyes with some huffs as she left the icecream on the counter and walked away. Not to mention its only 1pm and your out of most of your donuts. This is my 6th time here and my 6th horrible experience. I would fire your entire staff and start over because the additude of everyone in there is unacceptable. Never coming here again.

Terrible attitude, couldn’t tell us what donuts they did have after asking them a bunch of times. WHY WOULD DUNKIN DONUTS BE OUT OF DONUTS 5 hours before closing????? I am from Providence Rhode Island where we have real Dunkin Donuts…. this is the Wish version of Dunkin Donuts. Do yourself a favor and skip their undersized under baked donuts.

Very rude at drive through. I don’t know what they have problem with. I was been treated differently . Though I can understand they are out of couple of things. A guy at the window told me to go away. Soon after this happen , I went inside and they did not have courtesy to attend me . If they were not wrong they should have attended .

It’s not first come first serve! Hard to believe but they will deny making money and guess that people will come along and want the same thing and same amount. Not the smartest business decision and I am sure contributes to more waste than needed. Other places out there will give you exactly what you ask for.
