First time ordering from here. Didn't get the extra cheese I asked and paid for! As you can see by photo, what cheese is on it is already hardening because it has cooled down. Tracking showed the pizza out of oven at 6:05pm, I got it at 6:41pm. I live under 3 miles from the business and my pizza was barely warm.

My family almost always gets great pizza from here! It's ready quickly, too. I like to use promo codes and coupons online and then do curbside pickup. Everyone's friendly and helpful. The pizza is often cut unevenly, and sometimes they put what seems like Alfredo sauce instead of ranch on my specialty pizza. Overall regular good experience.

I was able to track my order from the store to my door, but when it arrived only part of my order was there. The driver checked the receipt and everything was on it but he did not have all of my food. He had to go back to get it. I called the store and the shift manager gave me the excuse that they were busy. They are always busy at lunch so try again. This is not the first time I have experienced this from this location. It will be awhile before I try again. With online ordering and delivery service from this location, there is a significant chance your order will be incorrect. You shouldn't have to hope your order will be correct, it should be expected. And for a manager to just brush it off, mistakes must be a part of their culture and business as usual. I'll spend my money at a business that actually cares about having happy customers.

Just ordered a pizza and wings. The pizza was a mess, flipped, on top of one another, it looked like it was dropped. And ofcourse they forget my wing sauce. Seems to happen every time I order from there. Pizza tasted fine, wings were a little dry and tough, definitely sucked without sauce.

I lost signal on my cell phone so I went to the restaurant and ordered a pizza and used their wif to order an uber. I looked up at the menu the cashier become impatient and tossed a printed menu at me. She stood at the register staring with her hands at her hips with an angry scowl and told to order through the app because I was taking to long.
I hastily ordered because she obviously was angry and annoyed. As I sat and waited for my pizza I listened to the cashier take phone orders. She was rude and impatient to everyone of them.
I asked when my pizza will be done. She couldn't bother to answer me and a employee in the back walked up to answer. I received my pizza and continued to sit waiting for my uber to arrive. The cashier stared at me the entire time with an angry distrusting face. I informed her I was waiting for an uber to arrive and it was cold outside. She continued to stare so I went outside to wait.
When I returned home my pizza was dry, overcooked, with little toppings and cheese. The worst dominos ever.
And, an added note she did not wear a uniform she had on wrinkled dirty clothes. I threw the pizza out. It was unbeatable.

If I could give no stars I would!!! My boyfriend and I order $30 or more worth of food EVERY WEEK. We are both working parents, and delivery is always easier after a long day of work. We have ordered from dominos for YEARS! We’ve had a few hiccups here and there, but the store has ALWAYS made it right. Tonight after a very long 12 hour day, I decided to order pizza for our daughter and I, her dad was always in bed for an early shift. I used my points to order a pizza and also bought bread twists with cheese marinara bake. I watched the dominos tracker very carefully, as she was crabby and we both were hungry. I watched the tracker switch from <1 min delivery time to delivered. So I checked my front door. Nothing. I checked the outside door to the apartment building, nothing. So I called the store. I was on HOLD for close to 8 minutes. I kept my cool, and talked to the gentleman on the phone once he was on the line. He kept trying to tell me that I should have my food, when I clearly did not. The people in the background sounded like they were goofing off. He even took the phone to a different area stating that “they were moving too slow in there”. I was as polite as I could be. He confirmed my delivery address, still insisting that I SHOULD have my pizza. I tried to explain that we’ve had consistent issues with the individual in the building behind ours STEALING our food deliveries. This did nothing to resolve the issue. He at one point asked if I paid cash or card, I stated that I had paid with card and used my points for the pizza. I will admit that I was very angry and very vocal about the entire situation. He never once admitted any fault of the store nor did he offer to replace the items for redelivery. He only suggestion was for me to go up to the store to file a complaint. I will not be using the dominos in Columbia MO any more. That store has lost a repeat customer due to their own fault and lack of taking responsibility to ensure that the error was corrected.

I wasn't a huge Dominoes fan while living elsewhere in Missouri but this Dominoes has changed my mind. Their pizza is just so good and their staff are awesome. Thanks so much guys and gals for making great pizza.
