Famous Dave's Bar-b-que

The feast for two can feed my army family of five, lol. You get a half an roasted chicken, half rack of ribs, brisket, sides, corn on the Cobb, and muffins. You can always add or substitute the sausage which is always packed with a ton of flavor and goes so wall with their Mac & Cheese! They even make their own bbq sauce. Gotta love em.

Went to Famous Dave's for the first time since I moved here to Maryland, I ordered the slab of ribs which consists of 12 nice size meaty ribs, and you get your choice of 2 sides, if your into ribs these ribs are so flavorful I just can't tell you how good they are. Famous Dave's also has a variety of hot sauces they put on your table when dining in, the sauces range from mild to extremely hot they also put so chips for you to sample the sauces. Also Famous Dave's is not just ribs there are a number of different things to order check out the menu and come in for dinner or place an order to go, great food, maybe we will see you there I hope so.

I was very surprised about my experience. Coming from Richmond, where we no longer have this restaurant, I was pretty disappointed. I ordered the 3 Meat combo, Brisket, Buffalo wings, Catfish, mac and cheese, mash potatoes and corn muffins. The brisket was dry and shriveled up. The catfish was gamey tasting. The mac and cheese looked and tasted like it had been sitting for hours. The wings and mashed potatoes were good. The food looked good, but can't say so much for the taste. My family members food were okay but they were cold. We ordered a dozen corn muffins and they were good, but also cold. Our waiter was Mike and he was great! He was very apologetic and even got a me a free dessert coupon for my next visit. This restaurant is definitely different from the one in Alexandria, Virginia.
