Bonchon Chicken

I don’t usually like chains, especially for Asian food, but I was not disappointed today. In fact, I was pleasantly surprised at how yummy everything was! We got the half spicy half soy garlic drum stick 10 piece, seasoned fries, and fried shrimp dumplings (not pictured because we ate them so fast!). The spicy was the perfect amount of spice for both me and my husband, which means it had a good kick! The waiter was really nice and quick with everything and promptly refilled our water and checked on us throughout the visit. I will definitely be back!

When you have enough of thanksgivings food, this is the right place to treat and awaken your taste bud again! Wait time starts from 20 mins and may go longer during weekends nights or another special occasions. As long as you have a seat, you can wait comfortably and have enough space with tables or customers next to you. We were there on weekdays, and the wait time still around 25+ minutes. 5 Stars for comfortable dining out experience, safety precautions for the customers. Once you put your order in, be prepared for another level of fried chicken! 5 Stars for juicy and crunchy fried chicken, if you like spicy their spicy level will knock you out at first but you'll be craving for more and more! Must order their coleslaw as sides, their coleslaw mix taste very delicious, very fresh and different from other coleslaw we knew. Our order details: Medium combo half and half chicken, 5 drumsticks and 10 wings with coleslaw as side. Korean taco with spicy chicken. This one is a must try item! Steam rice. Our lil one enjoys 2 fried chicken and still licking for more after finishing the meal. **for restaurant, please continuously checking on the restrooms cleanliness and fill out for soaps if possible. You're doing amazing job!

My wife and I ordered 2 bulgogis today, well I guess it was just A Rice Bowl because the beef was slim to none. I don’t recommend getting your sight set on a beef bulgogi because I was very disappointed with this dish. It was a 30 dollar rice bowl. What a waste of hard earned money. Got me once shame on me.

Won’t lie it was pricey, but the food was worth it. Coming from a Mexican family, i usually don’t see my dad or uncle tap out from spicy food, but we got the spicy wings,strips, drumsticks, fries and fried rice all of it was fire. The fried rice was great and the fries are my favorite type fries. The chicken super juicy and spicy and crunchy. I love it would come again for sure and bring more people.

Make the soft tacos your first purchase; they're delicious. Consistently good menu items but I would not recommend the boneless wings because they are smaller and have too much tough breading. Good hand made long islands on nights they aren't too busy (I hear premixed sometimes gets used on busy nights). Polite staff!

Horrible service! Back in days when it was new it had good food and good services! Now it doesn’t worth it! I made a walking order around 11:03 am and I did not receive my food till 11:54 am. I don’t mind waiting, and I was patiently waiting. They said it will take 15-20 minutes. I ordered half and half wings (10 pc) with fries and side of coleslaw. They said wait in the car will bring the food to you. So I waited. About after 25 minutes I went and they said it’s not ready, they have lot of online order so the kitchen is behind. I said it’s fine I went in my car and waited again. What really triggered me is that people who walked in the restaurant after me got their food served and few of them even finished eating and leaving. Then I went in and asked them how long is the wait since it’s 12:50pm they said it’s not ready yet. When I told them I been waiting for so long and I saw people who made order later me got service. Then suddenly my food was ready to go within the minute and they also forgot to give me my coleslaw. I felt like I am spending my money and giving business and I should be getting treated equally to people who dine in.
