Dunkin'

I have been going to Dunkin for just about everyday now and the service has always been good. I always order an English muffin and it has never been burnt or not toasted at all, when I came in this morning I ordered an egg and cheese on an English muffin like always and my coffee , I went to where the sandwich station was to wait for my food and and the sandwich area was extremely dirty, crumbs were all over where she was putting my food on and then proceeded to put a very burnt English muffin. She saw that it was burnt and still gave it to me that way. I will not be coming back to this location. I don’t need my food burnt or being made in a dirty environment.

Ordered a sandwich with no cheese. There is cheese on it. I order a small coffee with French vanilla. It comes with hazelnut. Each time I had to get out of the car to get it right. There excuse is "I'm sorry" after I come back in to get the coffee straight. No apologies each time until I question "how did you get it wrong both times?" Acting dismissive and cursory apologies only cause customers to become more incensed at the inconvenience. Followed by " we have been very busy this morning..." So, what when my order is taken and gotten wrong it's OK!? Doubme and triple check your orders before leaving this place. Or don't spend your money here at all!

This is for the new location at 6001 University Blvd, Columbia Corporate Park 100, Ellicott City, MD. I placed a mobile order and was not informed when I arrived to the window that my donut selection was unavailable. I was just given something else instead of being asked what I would like to substitute. I left and when I got to the bottom of my cup of coffee, I ended up with a mouthful of coffee grounds. In all the years I've been a customer, I've never experienced this. Very disappointed with this experience.
