Cinnabon

Ordered food.. 2 Pizza pretzels to be specific. Also ordered cinnastix. Pizza was great cinnasticks were fairly greasy however still good. Cashier did not want to serve tap water told us it wasn't safe insisted we buy bottled water we didn't because buying water is stupid and the water was fine. I think the cashier was high.

Ordered a caramel pecanbon, my receipt says that, but I was given a regular Cinnabon. I didn’t realized until I drove all the way home. Came all the way back and the same girl who rung me up and messed up my order just takes my bag with no apology, and tries to add the toppings to the now 35 minutes old cold one. I had to ask for her to give me an entire new one. Firstly, the Cinnabon is now cold and secondly I doubt this is the best practice with COVID-19. Doubt I’ll be back to this location due to the incompetence. I will be contacting corporate as well.

Today I visited the Cinnabon in the columbia mall and I wanted to take a moment to write a really nice review! Every time I go there, the staff are always really nice, the place is spotless, service is fast and the goodies are ALWAYS hot and fresh! Saul the manager is a really cool guy and always has a smile and helps fast. Nice work Saul! Thanks for the great service everytime!!

I ordered a "center of the bun" and the cashier reached for one sitting under the heating lamp. I told her I wanted one that was fresh out the oven and didn't mind waiting if necessary. She said it was ok, so I went to sit for a few minutes and returned when she signaled it was ready. As I bit into it I could tell it was not fresh out the oven AT ALL. It was cold to the touch and rubbery!! Seriously ?!? Was a fresh bun too much to ask?! Why make me wait only to STILL serve me a cold product? The sole reason for my trip to the mall that day was a warm fresh bun. So disappointed >.<
