This Burger King used to be good, but now it is a disaster. When I went there today at only a moderately busy time, it took a long wait at the microphone before someone even took my order. When I got to the window and paid, I specifically asked the employee whether she was sure all the items, including the two double cheeseburgers I ordered for me, were in there since the bag seemed too small for them plus the other items I ordered. The employee (no. 531771) said she was, so I completed the payment and left.
When I got home and distributed the food to my wife and her mother, there was no sign of the double cheeseburgers. I then tried to call the restaurant twice (the second time was five minutes later), nobody picked up. After about 10 rings each time, it went to a recording saying nobody could answer now and to call back later. There wasn't even a way to leave a message. Finally on my third call 15 minutes later somebody picked up and initially told me to drive back to the restaurant to get my burgers! When I told him it way too late for that, he said he would process a credit for the missing items. I just checked my credit-card account, and no credit has been issued yet.
I know the pandemic has taken a toll on fast-food staffing, and I'm sympathetic to those working there, but this is no way to run a drive-in. Based on the other reviews I have seen from here lately, I'm not the only one who feels this way. Carrol's management should "clean house" there.

If I could give a 0 i would. Worst experience ever from all the Burger Kings i’ve been to. The General Manager mr.Howard was rude nothing polite at all. not good customer service. The bathroom had pubic hair all over and the soda machine was all dirty and sticky. The food was totally bad, ordered 2 whoppers and the bead was all burned and it smelled really bad. I am telling you i have been to other burger kings and they have way better customer service and their higiene is way better. Agin the general manager mr howard was really rude, no customer care shown at all!!!!

Had to wait 12 mins for my food and I was the only in-store customer. Fries I received were not even remotely fresh. The fish on my sandwich is overcooked and old.

Showed up to pick my online order and lo and behold Burger King had no burgers and could not fulfill the order. Whatever, that's fine I'll go somewhere else, just cancel the order and move on right? Nope the guy at the drive through didn't know how to do that and clearly there was no manager nearby to help. Plus the audio was trash and could barely hear the guy.
If you value your time, money and sanity don't go to this trash location.
BK corporate on the other hand responded almost immediately and refunded my money after contacting them (well in 3-5 days) so shout out to them for the quick help.

Did you know there is now a sauce allotment? I asked for an extra sauce and the assistant manager acted like I was asking for his first born.
Went to the restroom to wash the grease off my hands to find NO soap! How long has it been out?! Employees use that restroom and there's a sign stating Employees must wash their hands.

I didn't even get to order my food. I pulled up to the drive-thru window, and I asked for a Whopper. The guy told me "We only have fried products". I then asked "Do you guys have anything". The guy proceeded to tell me "No, we don't have anything". Needless to day, I drove away. Worthless

This particular location has many faults. The Brainiac who decided to put a BK in which the customer has to drive around a strip of stores to get to the drive thru should of been fired. The speaker that they take your order is mumbled and not clear- its difficult to understand what they are saying. Many times your orders are incorrect. The worse one yet? The wait. on average you'll be sitting in your car for well over 10 minutes or more to receive your incorrect order. I'll pass on this location.

Just stopped into the BK on Minstrel Way in Columbia, MD to grab some lunch at 1345EST/21 March 2022....2BL Whopper, Onion Rings and a coke.
It hit me as I left that the Customer Experience I had just witnessed was an A+. So I put my food back in my car and went in and asked the young manager his name (Steffon) and thanked him. He and his staff were efficient, polite, and just absolutely excellent. Store was clean and in tip top shape. To Steffon and Team, thanks for making my day.
