Dunkin'

Update: Just visited and again, no receipt or napkin even though I ordered donuts. Customers shouldn't have to ask really. I was told told if I wanted pumpkin donuts I had to come before 10 am and I wish he had been kinder. I'm choosing to go to another location. The food is fine just every time I swing through drive-thru I never get napkins or my receipt. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME.

Please save yourself some money. This place does NOT care about hygiene while handling other people’s food. This is the second and last time they will ever touch on my food. They don’t like using gloves here. First time it happened my hash browns had fallen out of the bag and the guy that normally takes payment at the drive thru went over and grabbed my hash browns WITH HIS BARE HANDS, he looked over and saw me looking at him. He still attempted to give me the hash browns saying his hands are clean! The second time it was a lady taking payment at the drive thru, I figured I’ll try this place again since I work next door, it’s convenient. I told her my donut wasn’t warmed, I ordered it warm, SHE THEN OPENED MY BAG AND PULLED UP My DONUT with her BARE HANDS AND ASKED ME IS THIS WHAT I Ordered! I told her to take that donut back to where she got it from. They then brought me back the same donut warmed up. I will never go back to this place, this makes my stomach turn! We don’t know what they are doing all day long, but simply putting on gloves, especially during these times would mean a lot. Just disgusting and have the nerve to get upset with me for demanding simple things like NOT TOUCHING MY FOOD WITH YOUR BARE HANDS. Wish I could give no stars!
