Windmill is easily our favorite bakery in Columbia. All of their baked goods and pastries are delicious and much lighter than other places. They even have gluten free options. Of course thy serve Muletown coffee, and can fix it a couple different ways to your liking. There is ample seating, indoor and out. And don’t pass up the dessert case; the pies are incredible!

Clean, very accommodating and friendly!! I needed a gluten free Minions cake for my son's birthday and they did the most amazing job!! I would highly recommend this bakery!!!

Stopped in for a celebratory lunch, we were not disappointed. Super strong iced latte, chewy cheese bagel, warm veggie quiche, & a rich raspberry cheesecake. Delicious! 😍

I love that this isn't the typical cramped space that are found in some bakery/coffee spots. It has a bright and airy vibe too. Customer service was good. The Cuban coffee was delish. Perhaps it's not authentic in flavor and style but it's still delicious. I wasn't crazy about the baked goods but the cinnamon roll wasn't overly sweet and the apple fritter was moist and tasty. Overall neither wowed me but I'll still go back just for the 'Cuban' coffee.

I love this place! My goal is to try each of the different gluten free items. They have so many to choose from. It's always good. The people are always nice. They even made a gf ice cream cake for a birthday party. So yummy. If you've not been, go! And try the quiche.

Great customer service and ambience. The gentleman even described all of the baked goods and recommended certain ones. We ordered an apple blossom & pecan pie muffin. Both were very good, but the pecan, WOW! Don't live in the area but will try to make it back whenever we can.
