They gave me the deluxe sandwich instead of the regular signature sandwich but I just took the bacon off so it's alright. Their bathroom was lovely. This didn't have the fancy drink maker like other Zaxby's' chains but that is forgiven because they had strawberry fanta on tap. I didn't get any but I thought it was cool. Good zaxby's.

Hair in food with my first order, went back and got a replacement.. food was cold. Never again

BEST there is for chicken!!! My son and I visit here at least twice a week. I enjoy the salads and his go to are the famous chicken strips.🥰❤Always hot food served how you order. Definitely a fav

I am amazed how fast their drive through line went! The man who took our order got everything correct (even with our long complicated order!) and the kitchen got everything right (even our sauces!). Very happy with our experience :)

No complaints.
The "no complaints" review has definitely changed in the last year. I'm at zaxbys now and have been waiting 17 minutes so far for food and there is only one person infront of me and one person behind me.
Finally get food and my chicken sandwich is cold.
The only reason we are here is because we had a complimentary card cause of horrible customer service last time.
We definitely won't be back

Poor communication when ordering online. Did not follow or read order thoroughly or correctly. Incorrect order, fries were not seasoned or fully cooked, and certain items were not fresh at all. Very poor service. TRAIN YOUR STAFF. I worked all around this town in fast food as a kid and I’ve never understood why there is never any common sense in any of these restaurants staffs.

Consistently closes early. Thier posted hours have them closing at 10pm. But they regularly close at 930pm
