Mcdonald's

The reason I'm giving them a 5 is because of the gentleman sweeping, cleaning tables, washing windows and sanitizing everything. He didn't stop working for a minute while we were there. This is the cleanest McDonald's I have every seen. Kudos to you Sir, hope to see you again. You're doing a spectacular job.

I ordered a fish sandwich and a drink. I go over to walmart and park. Open my McDonald's bag and my fish looked a year old.. I have had it. I went back to McDonald's and showed it to the manager. I asked him if he would eat that. He said, He wouldn't even eat that. He was very polite, and gave me a hot fresh sandwich. Thank you for fixing my order.

I didn't want to give a star!! First off the boy at the first window taking the customers money. He just sling his hand out to me and didn't say another word. I asked him how much he said I have you the total after you placed your order. He finally told me and I gave him my money. He placed my change back into my hand to the point I dropped some coins. People like that don't need to work around customers.

I ordered a sausage McMuffin and large sweet tea. The girl who took my order said 3.28 please. No problem. I get to the first window and the teenage boy there was standing behind a woman who looked like a manager., and looked upset! I had my money ready, 5.28 so I should have gotten 2.00 back. She thrust it back at me and said it’s 4.05, and my coins fell to the ground. No apology or recognition that she dropped my coins! I questioned that and she rudely said 4.05!! The boy looked very embarrassed. So I get to the next window and the nice young lady handed me a bag and said have a nice day. I said I also have a large sweet tea. She said, no you just ordered a sausage egg McMuffin. By this time I’m a little PO’d. I told her what my order was and she gave me the tea and said please pull forward. I finally got the correct order. The young people working were polite and nice, but that manager needs an attitude adjustment!😡 Complete chaos!

The lady tonight at the window giving the food was rude as could be. Didnt put my sauce in the bag after I asked for it when ordering. Then when I asked the hispanic lady with the thick eyeliner working the food window tonight she was rude as could be. Had to look at the screen at my order before she went to get the sauce. Then gave me the wrong thing I asked for. I'm not sure what her issue is or why she has to take it out on my sauce choice. Atleast act happy your getting paid. Some people don't have jobs. Drop the attitude, say have a great day, and work for your pay. My sauce choice aint the issue. Smh. Glad theres other mcdonalds. Dont go here.
