Little Ceasers

It was 9:49PM they still had their open sign on but when my husband got outta the car she locked the door because they was “closed” so he checked the website which said they closed at 10, there was food ready we could see thru the windows, more than likely they was gonna take it home. Other than that we like some little ceasers pizza

5pm Sept 11, 2021. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! We just attempted to pick up our order that we made over the phone. We came to pick it up 45 min after ordering. We ordered 2 pepperoni amd 2 cheese pizzas ... a very simple order. They repeated order back to us and even gave us a total of $26. When we got there, they said they only had 2 cheese pizzas for us. And told us that we did not order 4 pizzas. I suspect they have our order to someone else... We asked to just give us hot and ready as a replacement. they said they only had 1. And we would have to wait an additional 25 min on tome of the already 45 min, to have our order corrected. we did not have the additional time. we asked to talk to a manager, and the little girl at the counter who was being EXTREMELY rude, said she was the manager, and there was nothing she could do to fix the mistake. WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO CUSTOMER SERVICE??? I keep trying to give this place a chance, but they just can't seem to get it right. And when the employee at the counter is that extremely rude to the customer, and is unwilling to even try to fix the problem! We WILL NOT come back here again! I suggest that you DO NOT give this place and thier RUDE employees a single penny!

Only been here 1 time. Was clean, staff was nice. Only thing was that you had to walk in. No drive through. And if you had to wait. You would have to wait in your vehicle. No place to wait inside. Which is fine. But being that i am handicapped and have trouble walking. Would be inconvenient for me if I would have to wait. Just like anyone else. But my food was good and plenty hot.
