Domino's Pizza

Tonight was the worst experience i’ve ever had with dominos. Originally they had forgotten our drink and had to go back to the store to get it. Totally cool with that, mistakes happen. However, upon opening our food we noticed that the pasta we ordered had almost nothing inside. I mean, it was like a single layer of noodles, just barely making sure the bottom of the pan was mostly covered. So we called and talked to the store manager Matthew about it. Matthew definitely did not have good customer service. Definitely just seemed like he was annoyed with us, but he did eventually say he would remake it and send it over with the soda. A few minutes pass and we get a voice mail from Matthew asking us to call him back. After we called him back he asked if we started eating the food, which we said yes to (because from our experience, restaurants can’t take food back and we’re not about to be wasteful). Matthew then told us that since we started eating it, he couldn’t correct the order, as that was us “accepting it”. We were not okay with this. So after some back and forth arguing we told him he could take back the remainder of the pasta and he would still bring us a new order. When the delivery driver finally came back, she laughed at us. Very unprofessional. Then to top it off our soda was warm and instead of replacing our pasta, they just brought us a pasta bowl with melted cheese only. I am extremely disappointed by this experience. As someone who works in food service, this was just totally unacceptable 😭

I am an over the road truck driver and broke down on the side of the road on 255 waiting for someone to come for repairs. My husband and I have been sitting here since 8 am this morning 4-10-22 and was getting hungry. I called several places but no one would deliver to us even after explaining I would walk to Weber Car Wash. So I called this Domino's and spoke with the manager and she said it would be no problem to deliver there for us. I want to give a big shout out to this store for going above and beyond to help us. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.You ladies and gentlemen are awesome.

Worst online ordering experience ever. 1 1/2 hrs to receive order. When I tried calling the store it took 39 minutes to get through. When someone finally did answer the phone and I ask about an update on my order I was told it was coming out of the oven now. 45 minutes later I finally received pizza. Worst online experience ever from any Dominos. Columbia, IL.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this Domino's! . They were crazy busy at the time I came in to get my pizza. The manager, Amber, was absolutely grace under fire. She was kind, very sweet and working so hard. The other employee I saw, while working hard and rushing around to keep up, actually looked happy. Its rare to see happy workers at a fast food place. The place was very clean, all safety protocols followed, and my pizza was hot, made the way I like, and the wait time was reasonable. I will be back for sure!! I normally wouldn't write a review for a pizza place, but Amber and her crew weren't something you see everyday, so I had to sing their praises.
