Visiting from San Diego, and was a bit disappointed that the menu on this location is different compare to other Red Ribbon Ive been to. Cashier said, they recently just changed and doesn’t know why.. Their new combo does not come with a drink, you have to purchase it separately. And they dont carry Coke products. Had no choice but ordered Pepsi instead. When I opened what I had ordered, which is Palabok. It looks like they added more noodles than the usual. I assume thats what replaced the drink in the menu. Nice cashier, palabok is still great and fast service. Id still come back 😁👍🏼💜

I like the best-sellers here in Red Ribbon Bakeshop which are the Chicken Empanadas, Ube Ensaimadas, Butter Mamon buy 6-get 1 free, Yema Caramel Mango Supreme, Ube Overload, Triple Chocolate Roll, Brazo/Ube-Brazo Mercedes Roll cakes, Cashew Brownies, Taisan Slices, Caramel bars & Mango bars!!! They're taste very awesome, and good on my budget

Ordered 2 mango supreme cake last weekend for pick up today May 27 at 7pm but my order is nowhere to be found. Staff in the store said that they don’t have my order listed. How can that be when I have a copy of my receipt that reflects the date and time for pick up.... they offered to give me what is in their shelf.? Ano ako salin pusa... how sure am I if what is in the shelf is fresh. ? It just shows that their internal control is very poor. No matching of balances I guess. Cash in flow against inventory? I paid and no order tallied. Hello management .... Please check ....

I was there Saturday at 9AM and there was only one attendant and a couple of clients behind me. Her being by herself to open must be stressful but her attitude to serve is something else !!!! If she can eat me by her looks she would have done it with only 3 bags of esaymada and a dozen of chicken empanada that I ordered and she ignored the rest of my queries after so I left. without ordering my drinks

Just had halo halo at Red ribbon diamond blvd concord ca. I was frustrated because they dont put real ice cream but instead icing for the cake. Mango strands rolled in icing. They scooped it on to look like ice cream. It was awful! Imagine having butter in your halo halo. Never buy halo in Red ribbon. This is America where ice cream is cheap. Not even one star.
