Chick-fil-a

Placed an order online. Tried to do curbside but no one answered the phone. I went inside and waited several minutes to be greeted. People walked in behind me, ordered AND got their food before we got our food. Please tell me: what was the point of ordering ahead if they didn't start preparing my food I til I was greeted???

Chick-fil-A never disappoints with their customer service. I think being nice is just ingrained in their work culture. However I dont know what the cook was on because burnt chicken strips were not the key to fulfilling my hunger. I was just hangry that i spent money on a quick bite that was too burnt to enjoy. While i will visit again, i will also check my food to ensure that it is edible and not just food for the garbage rodents.

Are you being overcharged here? Check your receipt. I was very clear about my order. They added food THAT I DID NOT ORDER. They never gave a total until the window which was very rushed. Tried to call and got put on hold indefinitely. Seems intentional. They almost doubled the price of my order and then rushed me through.

I placed my curbside order at 12:19. About 15 minutes later it says team member will be out shortly, I’ve waited 30 mins and no one came out so I went in and my order is just sitting there. The girls outside seen us sitting there for 30+ minutes and none of them ask what we were waiting for. Every car that ordered at the drive thru got there food ASAP. It’s just ridiculous when I ordered curbside and I had to get it myself. I will Not be returning to this Chick-fil-A ever again. this is the second Chick-fil-A I’ve had horrible service with.

We allllll know lunch hour at Chick Fil A's all over the country are busy and crowded- and I am always patient because the food is good and the service is good. This chick fil a, though? I waited 30 min in my car for a mobile order only to FINALLY have to just go inside anyway. I told the closest teenager that my food was never brought out and he said "I don't know what to tell you..." LOL you can TELL me where my food is or where my refund is! Of course when the adult came over she picked my soggy food and watered down tea up off the counter and said "Samantha?" it had been sitting there since 20 minutes earlier. This Chick Fil A needs to go visit some of the surrounding area chick fil a stores to figure out what it means to be up to par.
