First and last visit. I went in with great hopes of an amazing sandwich shop. There were no customers and it took 20 minutes for a regular sub with two people. They were not rude nor friendly. Just there. Trash over flowing and very dirty (see photos). Opinions are subjective but the camera shows no bias.

Just left and it was the most bland sandwich I have ever had. Philly cheesesteak and not entirely sure there was even any steak on it. The bread was soaked into a mush and there were more onions than anything…. yet no flavor. First and last visit. Avoid!

My experience at this point is less about food and quality and more about brand standards, management, franchisee and corporate follow up regarding a less than desirable customer experience. At my last visit to this store on May 24th I ordered a Caprese (minus pesto since they were out and add spinach) for my mom, I ordered a ham and provolone for my little sister and a Brunchwich for myself (added avocado for $1). I also ordered 3 milk shakes; a large Oreo, a regular Oreo and a large strawberry. While not listed on the menu anymore, large shakes are available to order at $5 a piece. The initial large Oreo shake wasn't even filled halfway in the large cup, the gentleman working actually took the regular Oreo I had also ordered (STILL NOT TO THE FILL LINE) and dumped it in. He then proceeded to hand me the strawberry shake as seen below. Followed by this regular Oreo shake. Neither were even remotely close to being filled (please see attached photos). I then get home and everyone is checking their orders. At this point I was certain things were wrong. They very much were. The ovalini cheese on the Caprese sandwich was a measly slice on each half, no more than a bite in size (Photo below). On the Brunchwich that I added avocado, there was no avocado. At this point I was furious (photo below). I called the store that Tuesday since I presumed management wouldn't be working memorial day and spoke to the manager Amber. Amber said go to the website and you can get a refund that way. That's great except there is no refund link like she said. I then proceed to email the store moments later with photos and the receipt explaining all I wanted was a refund for the $37 meal. I have not gotten a response to my initial email. Then Thursday May 28th I went in and spoke with Anton, the assistant manager, and share my experience with him. I again share the photos and tell him about the email and explained that all I want is a refund. He quickly gets on the phone and says his district manager is working with corporate to find a solution and I should hear by Monday June 1st, 2020. I go in yesterday June 1st at 4:15 pm again trying to figure out why I had still yet to hear about an issue almost a week after a call and emails had been sent to management. I look at the two girls working and say all I want is the Franchisee's name, phone number and personal email and the same information for the district manager. Like I had been told before, they could not share that information with me. I was then told that I would be hearing from the DM later that day or even early tomorrow. I still have not. It has now been over a week and here I am. I had originally said to Amber that I did not want to be the jerk sitting behind a computer screen tearing her store apart. But at the same time I don't want to felt like I wasted $37 because of a meal I was not satisfied with. I have attached the receipt so that maybe someone else would be encouraged to speak up about their experience as well. I have looked at the recent reviews of this store and it seems to me that Superior Sandwiches is not the standard they are upholding.

$17 for a Reuben asked for double meat but as you can see didn't get double meat even so this is all the meat you get on your sandwich horrible will not be back it is my fault because I didn't look before I left but I paid almost 20 bucks for the worst sandwich I've seen

I went to pick up an order to be delivered for the store and there were people in line that had not ordered yet receiving their order before I got my DoorDash order… They ordered after I got there and still got their order first. Don’t pick up an order from this place unless they’re not busy because they will handle the customers inside the store first before they handle your delivery order

I think they tried to simplify the menu by taking away many of the toppings. There are few options now. Also the new bread is not as good. We used to go here once a week, but after the past couple times, we won't be back unless they go back to better quality and options. It will be another sub shop for me.

1. Wait staff was rude. The only words spoken to me were the total of the order. No eye contact, no greeting, nothing. Staff took a very long time to even acknowledge we were standing there. 2. Menu is pointless. When you order the "Signature" sandwich, you would think it would come with the things menu lists. No. You get two of the four meats listed on the menu and one of the three cheeses. No lettuce, tomato, onion or mayo. Sandwich was dry. 3. Service was very slow. Two sandwiches took nearly 20 minutes. I get there is a shortage of workers right now, but other restaurants in the mall area are handling it much better. At the very least be friendly and I'll understand. Speaking of other restaurants in the mall area, do yourself a favor and go to any other sandwich place (Jason's Deli, Jimmy John's, Firehouse, Subway, even QT would beat this). This location is a like a more expensive, more rude, slower Subway except you can't get anything on your sandwich.

Called to see what time they closed because they have been closing at 7pm the staff member that answered the phone told me that they closed at 8pm so I headed that way and was there at 7:30pm went to the door and it was locked with the open sign on and staff inside. This location is poorly run and I will never be back.
