Nothing Bundt Cakes

Disappointed in the service overall but especially by Piper’s nonchalant attitude. DO NOT PREPAY/ORDER ONLINE. Because if there’s an issue, Piper will easily tell you “the order is already paid for.” As in I am no longer entitled to a decent product since I already paid for it. I came here for a special occasion and unfortunately left much less peppy than when I entered the store. Piper was just there to take my money; no regard for what I wanted as a customer. She showed no sense of empathy when she saw that I was disappointed by the presentation and was ready to move on to the next customer. NBC, train better and hire better. I am absolutely disappointed that I have to look for a new sweets spot.

Went by today to get free bday bundt, young lady seemed she had a slight attitude (white, didn't get name). Asked me to scroll up in email, I scrolled, she said "scroll UP" as if a bit annoyed (geez). Bagged up and slid across counter and rushed on to next person (only 1 other customer in store, wasn't NEARLY as busy as I've seen it). Just could have been a little nicer in tone I guess, maybe said happy bday. Snickerdoodle was excellent! Shared some bites with mom, sis and nephew 😊

No point in ordering in advance here, they won’t let you pick it up if a bunch of people and their kids want to stand around and pick out cupcakes to order, or order cakes for ANOTHER DAY. How about catering to people who ALREADY PAID AND SCHEDULED. Wasting my time standing here for my cake ALREADY PAID FOR. Ridiculous. They send you back out to wait in the end of the line because people want to stand around and look at the menu

Cakes are absolutely fabulous ! Never had a bad one. But the kindness set them over the top today. My 3 yr old daughter was with me and wanted a bundtini but they only sell by the dozen. She was so disappointed 😔. Then the kind woman helping us went to the back and made a special one just for her! They’ve earned my business permanently and my recommendations to all friends and family. Not just for the food. But for the goodness and kindness which is rare nowadays and greatly appreciated.

My mom got me bundt cakes for my birthday and they were absolutely delicious. I got a few different flavors because you're able to mix and match. My favorite was definitely the confetti flavor. They're not too sweet which is perfect. We will definitely be buying bundt cakes from here for now on for occasions
